Great timely service
As always you were able to schedule our appointment quickly and return the vehicle on time to us when promised. My son lives out of town so we have all the scheduled maintenance completed at LC Ford when he is in town. Thanks to the service staff.

GREAT ALL AROUND BUSINESS
The staff was very friendly, fast and efficient. They knew exactly what piece was missing, ordered and had it installed in a matter of 4 days. The service department works excellent with the sales staff. This is a great way to work together at Lenoir City Ford.

Needed a wheel and received little help
Thanksgiving night my wife was driving home from our sons house in Farragut when she somehow cut a tire on her 2014 Ford Fusion. When the tire deflated it bent the rim requiring replacement. I went to Lenoir City Ford and inquired about a wheel and two tires. After a lengthy delay I was told the wheel would have to be ordered and would not arrive until Wednesday of the following week. I drove home in my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and called Ted Russell Ford. The parts man at Ted Russell Ford said they didn't have the wheel but he would look it up on the parts locator. Within two minutes he told me to call Lance Cunningham Ford because the system said they had my wheel. I called Lance Cunningham Ford and learned they had the wheel and when I when to buy it I received a better price than the price offered by Lenoir City Ford. Ted Russell Parts went the extra mile, a mile Lenoir City Ford Parts did not choose to take. From this day forward I will be getting my service and buying my parts at Ted Russell Ford.

I was in the service department with my car on the service department floor when I spoke to a service writer at the service desk. I waited while he went to the parts department to check availability of a wheel. He came back with the price for two tires and a wheel with "next Wednesday" delivery for the wheel. I asked him to price two tires because I did not want mismatched tires. If he had used the parts locator I would have bought the wheel from Lance Cunningham Ford and the tires from Lenoir City Ford. Instead I bought the tires from Discount Tire and I was home with a road ready car by mid-afternoon. Had I not called Ted Russell Ford we would have been without our primary car, a 2014 Ford Fusion I purchased at Lenoir City Ford, for five days. Beyond this there isn't anything to talk about. I will drive almost 18 miles for service.

Oil change and service.
Overall good. They were a little behind which caused delay but nothing ridiculous.. Overall 45 minute service isn't bad. Staff was friendly and alerted of delay immediately.
