Lenoir City Ford

I was glad to have bought our new F250 at Lenior City Ford. Krystal never tried to get us to look at more expensive models or options. Her only concern seemed to be getting us the truck we wanted. A very pleasant, no-hassle experince. Also, Krystal was prompt in answering questions and keeping appointments even when I had to adjust due to a work issue. Frank

If you want a new car Pete is the guy to go to. I like the way Pete don't pressure you on a car. Gives you room to decide what you want. If Pete don't know the answer he will find the answer. I highly recommend Pete as your car salesman,all around great guy too.

My appointment was for "The Works". Oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. Nothing major. I was scheduled for 11:00 am. They were short staffed, and I was told briefly after arriving they would not get to my vehicle for at least an hour. When I left at 1:15 pm it appeared everyone except the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was at lunch. I think 2 plus hours is unacceptable. I live 40 minutes from the dealership. In the future I will call ahead to confirm. On a previous experience I was in and out in 45 minutes. I certainly hope this was just an unfortunate experience, and will not happen again.

I really enjoyed working with Greg and Crystal. Greg was very knowledgeable about Ford F150s and gave me a great deal of good advice. Crystal was also very personable and helpful and went through the delivery process with me. Between the two, I found the right vehicle for my needs and budget. What a team.... Thanx guys... Mike

My 2011Ford Fusion was ib a recall for srearing issues. I called the Lenoir City Ford, TN dealer where I originally purchase the car to arrange for them to fix the recall problem. They promptly made a appointment. I was at the dealer's service department for about 2 hours. I waited in their brand new refurbished customerwaiting room where I had access to fresh coffee and cookies. When the service manager called me to let me know that the car was ready he explained that the car issues were minor but they took the liberty of servicing the car at no expense to me. The service manage was professional and friendly. I was a happy camper.

Carla did an excellent job on our car purchase! She found us exactly what we wanted in our next vehicle, got us the price we wanted on our trade in, and made the process very simple and quick. We test drove the night before, and the next morning all the paperwork was ready to go so the process was very efficient. We were very happy with our experience with Carla and Lenoir City Ford and would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Even if they don't have the car you want on their lot - they can get it for you very quickly - in as little as 24 hours in some cases! Frank did an excellent job with financing. He found us the rate we were looking for and was a pleasure to work with! Everyone we dealt with at this dealership were very accommodating, helpful, and efficient.
