15,000 mile service and computer recall

Your waiting facilities are great. I was comfortable even after 4 hours waiting for a 15,000 mile service and computer upgrade based on a recall. Service assistant said it may take 2 hours, he missed it a little.

It took longer than expected, but quality work there was a communication problem, when we went to pick up vehicle had a check engine light on so we had to leave it another day.

1st service for my 2024 Tundra

Everything was going well until I got in my truck and noticed black grease spots on my door. I informed my service rep and he cleaned the spots immediately and sent me on my way.

No Unneeded Repair

I thought I had a problem with my moonroof leaking beer ice department showed me that there was a special system that allowed the water to drain. There were no unnecessary repairs recommended. I felt like this was very courteous treatment and made me feel like my issue was resolved.

Forgotten customer

Checked in advisor said probably take 90 minutes maybe little longer so I waited over 2 hours so I went out side find my car come back in couldn?t find advisor finally found the lady that started checking process so took me back to office she looked for my paperwork couldn?t find it she left in a few minutes came back with it so I asked her where is my advisor didn?t give me a answer but said she could check me out so signed paper so took me to rental desk to pay bill got it paid I told her that I would like to talk to someone about this so took me out to shop there is who you need to talk to was told he was busy with another customer so I was told if I would leave my name and number he would call me because didn?t know how long it would be before he would be done. This is the second time I have had to find my car on the lot after it was done serviced. The first time I found the advisor and asked him if car was ready he said it was ready so I asked how long has it been ready he said he had been on lunch break and another advisor had called me and I didn?t answer so I jerked my phone out of my pocket and turned it on showed him that no one had called or messaged me and that was a liar and told he was going to get a bad review for this so that was the last time I had got a review until today. I still can?t understand why it takes so long to service your vehicle after you make appointment

Best Toyota Dealer

The dealership has a very nice facility. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The waiting area is large and they have a small Cafe with Food and soft drinks. Free coffee, tea and water while waiting for your car.
