The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of servicing my car. They do all of my oil changes and check everything and top the fluids off at no charge. I also get a free car wash.

Our service advisor spent a LOT of time trying to find
Our service advisor spent a LOT of time trying to find out about our extended warranty for work on our truck. We?ve had the truck for 8 years now and we always service it at the dealership. You would have thought that someone would have put a note on our record for the extended warranty company. Wasted our technician?s time calling Toyota?s warranty people. We didn?t realize it was an aftermarket thing. We bought it when we bought the truck. Frustrating! But it wasn?t the advisor?s fault.

First, they tried to overcharge me and added a tire
First, they tried to overcharge me and added a tire rotation to my oil change after I told them that I had just purchased new tires two weeks ago. This was in written form so I have the txt. . The associate said, oh it?s just a habit to add it on . 2nd, they took the tire rotation off and then they charged me $112 for an oil change which I have never spent that much - in the 30 years I have owned a Camry! I am a long time Toyota customer and have two current cars that I take there regularly to have serviced but will not be going back there. I feel like they deliberately tried to take advantage of me and do not appreciate it. I will not purchase another Toyota from them either. I will drive miles to go to a different dealership because is this interaction. The associate was ride and acted like he could care less about me or my business.

TK has serviced my 2 Camrys for the last 22 years.
TK has serviced my 2 Camrys for the last 22 years. Had oil flow issues with my 1998. Oil pump replaced. Had a small after service issue but the Service Advisor Chris had it taken care of quickly.
