Jimmy Rooker was a friend from the start not a salesperson! Very professional and attentive. The process was smooth and quick I would recommend Principle Toyota if you’re looking to buy a car.

First let me start by stating that we were forced to look for another vehicle after a careless Memphis driver totaled our pride and joy. This did not leave my wife and I with a great attitude for car shopping due to the loss of time and money. We roughly knew what we wanted and had a list of several dealerships to visit to start the process. Principle Toyota was first on the list, Seth Green just happened to be on the floor when my wife and walked into Principle. We found him to be very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. After a couple test drives and some ball park numbers, we proceeded to spend the rest of the day looking at other vehicles at several other dealerships and found ourselves going back to Principle the next day. We gave Seth a list of the "Must Haves" and the "wants" we were looking for and he put us in exactly what we were looking for at a very good price. Peter Butler was the nicest and easiest finance person we have ever dealt with. Everything was crystal clear, no hidden "add on" irritations, and also Peter has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend giving Seth, Peter, and Principle a chance if your car shopping, you won't be disappointed.

Great car buying experience from Principle Toyota. Salesperson April Haynie was perfect and could not have been nicer. Bought a used 2015 Prius and it runs like a dream. Runs quiet and smooth and has more power from a hybrid than you might expect. Drove from Yazoo City to Jackson in the hills and still got over 50 mpg in the power mode. In eco mode getting up to 56 mpg. Love all the features on the car and am sure I will enjoy it for a long time, especially the fuel savings. Thank you, April and the team at Principle.
