My customer service agents Pam and Mike were very knowledgeable in their job but most of all had excellent people skils, nice and poliet and made sure every aspect of my vist was taken care of very well.

Excellent service always! I have been a customer for years (20 years to be exact). I have never had a bad experience at Auto Nation Covington Pike. I even bought my new Honda there. They treated my 18 year old car just like the new one! Great people, great service, and great company. I will never go anywhere else.

Friendly and fast service
I came to this Honda dealership to have a safety recall fixed on my Honda Accord. At first I went to the wrong building, and Trey Wilson was kind enough to show me where to go and tell me about other offerings at Honda. Zach Maupin was the Service Manager who helped me with my service and he was kind, patient, and answered all my questions. All the staff were friendly, and I had two recalls fixed on my car in about 90 minutes, exactly how long they said it would take! I will be back here for oil changes and other service needs for my car.

They are bad
They are bad They sold me a brand new Honda civic 2 to senior citizens That was in an accident they sold it to me as new I would not buy an automobile there again why I know I took it to Toyota dealership try to trade it in and they could tell There was two different colors on the automobile Have all kinds a leaking water that’s going in the vehicle the molding is came off of the windshield it only has 25,000 miles on it OK say they’re bad they’re crooks

Poor Customer Service in the Service Department
Service manager is not customer friendly and instead of trying to solve your problem he just regurgitates the dealers policy and procedures. I purchased two cars last year 1 new and 1 used. the battery failed 10 days outside of 1 of the 2 warranties I had. Jay showed no customer concern, no customer empathy, and not accept the fact that if the battery is bad now it was bad 10 days ago. I will not being going back there, I will not even let them put air in my tires.
