Horrible Services I had to call and check on my car.

Horrible Services I had to call and check on my car.they had it for six days . Didn't give any coupons as was stated to me. Told me it would be ready in three days no almost seven.

Yes I would like to talk with the GM ,I call and left a Message.Waiting on him to respond back to me. About my horrible Services.I payed 4,222.54 to get my car fixed and I smell antifreeze,and call about that no response.Someone suppose gave call back no call yet I'm a very unhappy customer.

Service. Seriously?

Scheduled appointment for oil change and diagnostic, dropped off car and end of day no word. Call them and they can?t locate my ticket, when they finally do car is not ready of course. A courtesy call near end of day explaining situation would have lessened annoyance. Picked up car w/o service.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Auto Nation Honda Covington Pike, Memphis, TN. The staff was excellent. Special thanks to Pierre Heaston, Trent Dorsey and Tony Gray. They provided superb personal care, respect and courtesy. The three gentlemen were professional with outstanding integrity. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and all that it encompassed. Their receptionist was wonderful as well. It was quite refreshing to see and experience the benefits of such remarkable team work. I will absolutely return to this dealership for my next purchase.
