We had the pleasure of being served by an auto-salesman by the name of Mike "Cowboy" Pearson. He was wonderful in how he showed and explained the different features in the Ford F-150's that we were looking at. I must admit that this was the best time that we had shopping for a vehicle. Cowboy was so great that when I called the local DMV here in Memphis to ask about transferring over our tags to the new Ford I told her to call Country Ford and ask for Cowboy and he could help her in finding the right F-150 for her. I told her that he was not a pushy sales man and he would listen to exactly what she wanted in a truck. I made sure to tell her to call as soon as we hug up, I hope that she did.

Fast service everyone was professional at their job

We have an Expedition that we have driven for over 10 years. We have had several other cars in the meantime, but we have not been able to part with it. So when we wanted a new car this time, we decided to get another Expedition. There have been many wonderful things added, improved, changed. When we pulled up in front at Country Ford, Jacob Brigance came right out to meet us. We told him we were interested in an Expedition and listed some of the options we would like. He took us to a beautiful WHITE model. My husband almost always insists we buy white vehicles, so Jacob picked well there. We were impressed when Jacob started showing us all the things this vehicle can do. Our old Expedition was not nearly so well equipped (nor was a lot of this available). Jacob stayed with us and took care of us throughout the purchase process. He was patient and helpful. I would gladly buy another car from Jacob Brigance at Country Ford in Southaven MS.

Although there was an error in the system regarding my complimentary oil change, the cashier quickly noticed the error and solved the problem with no hassle. I wished they actually vacuumed the vehicle or washed it like car care clinic does especially after the long waits but i really do appreciate the great customer service at this place and positive attitudes.
