    Gray Daniels wanted to buy my used Truck but then they proceeded to tell me that a bunch of stuff was wrong with it to bring the price down which is hilarious because i let their service team service the truck from new. so bottom line is if there was (which there wasnt) something wrong with my truck then i guess their service team isnt any good at what they do

    I was able to find a Ford Edge with all the extras I wanted on it. Salesman Jeff Lowe did an excellent job. Actually we looked him up because he had helped us with a previous Ford purchase.

    As far as the recall notice went service was great got in and out in a speedy manner. However, I do have a problem with the fact that you offer appointment times online but do not honor those appointments. I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment to get regular oil change etc. and when my husband got there he was told there would be almost a 2 hour wait. The service person told him that they didn't go by the appointments that it would be best for him to get there right at 7. First come first served. If we had known this we would not have bought the maintenance package. When I make appointments at other shops they honor them, if my appointment is for 9:00 as soon as I get there they are ready and take my vehicle back for service. So far that is my only complaint, however it is a big one.
