I took my car in for routine oil change today for the
I took my car in for routine oil change today for the first time at Pac Peck Honda. I made an appointment & arrived early. They checked me in early. A kind associate showed me to the waiting area & their complimentary refreshments. I did notice down the hall way, they also had a kids room, where little ones could play & be kept entertained while they wait, which is nice. I was kept notified of the progress on my car & recommendations. The service department's great team had me in & out in 30 minutes. I was very impressed! I highly recommend!

Very convenient with appointments but upset about my wait
Very convenient with appointments but upset about my wait time with my oil change today. Brandy is amazing and I absolutely love dealing with her! She makes it so much easier and keeps me updated as my car is being serviced!

Dealership was clean and waiting area was comfortable.
Dealership was clean and waiting area was comfortable. Coffee area was not very well stocked and no Hot Chocolate. Was very disappointed that the cost to replace a dome light bulb was $30.00 I mean really! I worked in the Automotive Service Department for 15 years as a Service Manager and would never charge the customer labor to install a bulb! Customer buys the bulb snd the service tech. Installs it! It takes 2 minutes to install.
