Was in the process of returning a car I bought from...

Was in the process of returning a car I bought from Carmax when I visited this dealership tp test drive a truck. I told my salesperson up front the situation and that I would have the refund on that car in about a week. I told him that I wanted to buy the GMC truck on their lot and we went through the process of filling out all of the paperwork. When he asked if I was just going to write a check for the truck, I again told him that I wouldn't have all of my money back for about a week, but was more than willing to write a check for $2500 to hold the truck for me until then. They refused and promptly sold the truck out from under me. I will never attempt to do business with them again.

Jason was great to deal with and very helpful during the entire transaction. I would recommend the dealership and Jason to anyone. Since the deal was done out of state, I'm glad he was available to help because all he did for us. He gave me a video as soon as I asked about the truck and another one thanking me for my business. We're so grateful that we didn't have to overpay in this market with items we didn't need.

Patty peck is a joke. I purchased my vehicle less than a year ago with the tire/wheel service contract included in the monthly note. Well this would be great if the tires on the vehicle weren’t 6 years old. So now that I’m constantly having tire issues, Patty peck states that there is nothing they can do because the contract doesn’t cover “normal wear and tear.” Wear and tear that I didn’t cause. I’m very dissatisfied. My very first car note and also my biggest mistake. I’ve done better buying used cars off the street.
