Received no reply!
Sent an inquiry about a vehicle listed on cars.com. I immediately received two emails letting me know the message was sent/received and I would be contacted. Even got an email from Herb Caldwell that he would contact me and that I could reply directly to that email. After no reply the next business day, I replied using the aforementioned email. Still no reply. Even if the vehicle was no longer available one would think I would have been contacted anyway.

From start to finish Herb Caldwell made the car buying process a breeze. He helped us get a fair deal on our trade and a great deal on our new vehicle. It was worth the drive to Vicksburg! My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of our buying experience.
I called to request information about a car and the salesman I spoke to was too busy telling his buddy what he wanted on his sandwich order to listen to my questions. I was willing to drive in from out of town to see this car, but after being treated like an afterthought, I wouldn't dare.

Bob Anderton was a great help with the issues I had with my vehicle. I also purchased items for my vehicle from Brandon Carr. Brandon went out of his way to insure I was completely satisfied with the purchases I made. Both of these gentleman wanted me to know that my satisfaction is the number one priority at George Carr Buick. I will gladly return to George Carr Buick for service and vehicle purchases in the future.
I highly recommend the George Carr dealership. The sales staff is extremely customer-oriented and they strive to meet every need of the customer. Also, the service department is most efficient and dedicated as well in meeting the repair needs of their clientele.

I have been using George Carr for service for 17 years and will continue to do so. The service personnel and the service are excellent.
The work I had done was satisfactory with the exception of a hose clamp that wasn't tightened on the fill hose. Also, the fuel lines weren't placed back in their clamps. labor rate at $93 an hour, this should not have been missed.
Tony Campbell was my sales rep. He asked what my needs were....Addressed them and provided a solution to meet my needs. Great experience
