    Justin Roberts in the Service Department at Gray Daniel Toyota has done an excellent job meeting my maintenance needs with my 2005 and 2011 Avalon, 2015... Sienna Van and my 2015 Tundra. He has been spot on addressing my concerns with the performance of my vehicles and the recommended services. He keeps his word and deliver on his promises. It is very comforting and reassuring to know that you can trust the service person and dealership to get it right. I am a disable veteran, care giver for my two adult nieces and I travel a lots.     WARNING: Avoid this dealership! They represent your worse nightmare when you consider the hopefully exciting experience of buying a new car. They didn't... send me the car registration documents until over a month after I bought the car so I was fined hundreds of dollars because they didn't register the car and they didn't give me the documents needed so I could register it. When I brought this to their attention, Branden Parker emailed me saying he would look into the matter and get back to me. He NEVER got back to me, even though I emailed him several times requesting a following up response. In fact, there were two other Gray-Daniels Toyota employees copied on Mr. Parker's email to me, and none of them (or anyone else from the dealership) has responded to me. After my check cleared for the car, I guess they didn't care about customer service! Ugh, what a nightmare, a terrible experience, and very expensive for me because I had to pay a DMV fine/penalty because the dealership made a mistake! Buying a car is expensive enough and this dealership made it even more expensive for me (through no fault of my own) and they treated me worse than I'm treated at other shops (who follow up when they say they will follow up). There are other dealerships - go there instead of this place! Wishing you all a happy holiday!

    Gina and Justin made my recent vehicle buying experience a pleasant one. They were very accommodating and answered all questions in a friendly and helpful... manner. They stayed in communication throughout the whole time. After they had delivered the vehicle, they realized the second key and the owner's manual were missing, so they mailed them to me right away. I would totally recommend this company!

    Purchased car at another dealership for my 85 year old mom. We were told there was free maintenance included with the certified used car. Brought the car... to Gray Daniels for service, oil change and tire rotation. The service guy that greeted me and said in a confident manner that there was no free service with used cars, didn't pull vin number or anything. Told me that oil change and tire rotation would be $99. I pulled out of the stall and was headed out, thought I better check with the dealership we purchased from and pulled over in parking lot to call. The dealership assured me it was in the computer and any dealership should be able to see it, if not ask to see a manager. Pulled back in and explained to Doug he went to check and came back saying nothing was in the computer. Asked to see a manager, Phil, and he also said maintenance was not included. I called the dealership where purchased again, put them on speaker so the two managers, Jon Dowell was now included, could hear. The lady explained all the details to them, they still had to call to get an authorization to do the maintenance. Finally after an hour of waiting, making phone calls and talking with the three guys began the work...free as promised. The guys were nice thru all of this and Jon apologized for the delay and confusion. I am so glad I did not allow my 85 year old mom come here to get this done. I'm quite sure she would ended up paying the $99.

    When i went to buy a car, i basically knew exactly what i wanted. My saleswoman, Gina, was AMAZING. She knew exactly what to say and everything. She made... sure i got the perfect car! After selling me the car, she had found my second key a couple days later. She went out of her way to make sure I got my spare! I would totally recommend her to anyone who was looking for a car!

    Gray-Daniels Toyota is absolute garbage. We bought a vehicle from them IN CASH that they were struggling to otherwise sell because it was a stick shift.... They were very professional and nice in the process of trying to sell it and then since the moment they've had the money, the customer service went into the trash. We have had to go to the dealership 4 times in the last week and called multiple times TO GET PAPERWORK FOR THE VEHICLE THAT WE HAVE FULLY PAID FOR. We live in Colorado and bought the vehicle long distance. They told us we don't need to title and didn't send it. They made us call multiple times and have family show up in person to the dealership multiple times demanding for the paperwork to no avail. HIGHLY disappointed. Will NEVER recommend.
