Our experience was not that pleasant this time around.
Our experience was not that pleasant this time around. The service provider forgot to give us a call, and our car was unavailable for Christmas. The service manager had to take over because our provider, Jerry, was gone for the holidays. Had it been our only vehicle, we would have been stuck on Christmas. They need to improve their attention to detail and slow down.
