Spent $60,000 on a Shelby GT350 and $70,000 on a Lariat F-350, both within a 2 week time frame. Shelby had issues from the 150 miles it was driven pri...or to me purchasing it. Some of the issues were fixed, after 2 weeks in the body shop. When I came to pick it up, both door panels had irreparable damage and I had a flat tire. So what do they do with a flat $500 tire on a brand new Shelby? They put a plug in it.. To say I’m highly aggravated and disappointed in the way I have been treated after spending $130,000 in 2 weeks there is an understatement. My brand new Shelby may as well have been a used car when I purchased it. Be warned with shopping at the ‘big local Ford dealer’. Apparently, once you leave the finance office, your ‘importance ‘ level drops significantly. As someone who purchases 2-4 new vehicles a year, my business will be going elsewhere.
