I’ve purchased two vehicles from this location.

I’ve purchased two vehicles from this location. Each time the team was great and they respected my unorthodox way of shopping. I’d recommend them for sure. Friendly patient and satisfying. However the reason for the rating is due to a follow up issue after my accident over a year ago. A few months later, May 2023, I sent a request for Gap cancellation since my car was totaled. I was expecting a reimbursement but never received it. I’ve contacted them 3-4 times since, yet no resolution. Hey Brandt VW, can someone assist without being passed around please? Thanks

Great service experience!

Dillon at the service desk was extremely responsive and helpful. We were near the dealership when check engine light came on. Called service and Dillon said come in and we will scan and diagnose the issue. Within 30 minutes the scan check was complete and determined that catalytic converter needs replacing. The fix was completed. Great job by the service crew!!

Gerald is the bomb.com

Gerald Edoria was fantastic, we weren’t going to buy..just seen the vehicle out front that we wanted to compare to one we were looking at somewhere else..Gerald came out and he was so friendly..like someone we have known for years..he showed us the vehicle and we fell in love..he made us feel at home and our experience was awesome! We would definitely recommend buying from Gerald! He gave us giant hugs and sent us on our way!

these guys rock

Best service department ever!!!! I brought my 2006 jetta here because I lost the key. Every other dealer within a 200 mile radius wouldn't even take it in because it was over 10 years old. I spent over $1000 dollars towing it to local guys that all told me they could fix it. And it always came back on a tow truck. So now it's been sitting in my yard for a year. Car looks like crap. Any other shop would have robbed me blind telling me it needed all kinds of stuff. But these guys are without a doubt the most honest crew I ever dealt with. They did exactly what I ask, then let me know they found other issues and asked how far I wanted to go. I am a technician, and know what the car needs. So it's coming home to fix what I can. But it will be going back to them for anything I can't handle. And I will be heading back there to buy my wife a car. These guys got my biz for life.

Greedy

Be careful - this dealership wants well above MSRP and will offer you substantially less on your trade than most other dealers. Be sure you check around before committing to anything. There's a saying that fits this dealership well - pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.

Fantastic place and great employee

I had to make an emergency stop on the way home from vacation to Oklahoma. I dealt with John. He went above and beyond. I was there cause a warning light that popped up. Even though they was unable to fix my problem they looked my car over top to bottom and got it road worthy for the seven hundred plus miles till I got home. John was so nice gave me updates constantly about what was going on with it. Then when all was said and done didn't charge me anything. As a single mom just wanting to do something nice for my girls this could have been a disaster but John made it a great experience for us all. If they was closer I'd use them for all my car needs.

Great Experience

What to Expect When Your Recalls Come Up.

Service is not Equipped to handle your recall needs... I live in Lucedale MS and my wife works down in Pascagoula; I loaned her my car to have the recall preformed on it 5/7/2019. When she arrived she spoke with Service Consultant Ben Thacker, Who was very UNHELPFUL and offer her nothing but EXCUSES as she tried to simply get them to order parts for a Airbag recall and a Diesel emissions recall, So that down the road we could set up a Appointment to Drop off my car like any other dealership does.... (order Parts ahead of time = Less time with my Car sitting on your lot wasting your space and my time.) Again, My wife tried to call and drop the car off after she spoke with me because I told her to just leave it there today then, and Ole Ben says that they do not off a Loaner car service and the company that they do rental cars through has closed down..... So I guess that I'm just supposed to just make a hour and a half to drive down there to pick up my wife. ( What if she wasn't married and she was alone? Does she just Walk home???? ) Seriously, All that had to be done was just put my wife on a loaner form as if she was trying to buy a car, I'm not asking to put my wife in a brand new unit, It could have been a Used Kia for all I care... BUT the fact that there was no Solution but to turn my wife away speaks Volumes of the Customer Care you will get at Volkswagen of South Mississippi, and with Ben Thacker....

2019 VW Atlas
