Took my car (Chrysler 300 driving just fine) in for a couple of recalls and it came out of the shop not being able to change gears. I tried several times... getting someone in the service dept. to answer my calls and left message on voicemail and at the front desk to call with no response from them. After FINALLY getting them on the phone with me explaining to them what happened and it was my only means of transportation, since it was on a Saturday with no manager present and they were booked there was nothing they could do. They just left me hanging! Shame on you Chrysler!!! Never Again!!
Well after more than ten days and after going from one repair to another repeatedly ordering parts that they could not get. A call to Chrylser Co was... required to finally get the car together. After about 6 months now the car is not usable towed in and back to this dealer with numerous problems some seem to be possibly related to previous work (brake problems) trying to go to another dealer for this service I was told that if any problem was related somehow to previous work my warranty would not cover the work I would have to pay for it. (Lake Shore Chrysler Slidell La) So it is now back into first dealership. Is the second day and they are not sure it will be checked today.
They searched and found the truck I wanted but did not have in stock. There is no pressure to buy what they had in stock. Thanks Jason, Peewee and Sean.
ive been getting my truck serviced here for a year fighting the same issue from the start. Every time i go in they have a new answer for the same issue.... Recently they told me i needed a new alternator i then paid them for the diagnostic and had a local firestone replace the alternator for half the price. Come to find out that was never the issue and we are back to where we started. They dont have a clue how to fix technical issues in there own brand vehicle.
The website clearly stated Labor Day sales and after passing up many deals at other car lots and driving over and hour and a half away not a soul in the... dealership was to be found! I hope people read this review and take warning I'm sure the car lot won't see it because they are not at work to even read it! Went to another nearby car lot and got a fantastic deal! Make sure to call and email (which I did) and didn't hear back until I was at the lot which no one was at!!!!! Very disappointing!
This was the third truck that we have purchased from Champion since 2000. It was a hassle free buying experience. The staff at Champion were very professional... and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Paul and Sean for all the assistance they provided.
I found a vehicle on this site that was just what I wanted. I made an appointment with the dealer, went by, and drove off in that truck in just a couple... of hours. I could not have asked for a more professional and enjoyable buying experience than what was given me by Jason, Paul, and PeeWee. In addition, the dealership also included with the purchase my first oil change free, free inspection stickers for as long as I owned the vehicle, and gas in the tank! This kind of service is what will keep me and others coming back again and again. I cannot recommend Champion highly enough. If you want a really relaxed and professional car buying experience, go and see these folks.
I BOUGHT A PONTIAC G6 GT COUPE A COUPLE MONTHS BACK AND KEPT GOING AFTERWARDS TO GET MY SERVICES DONE ON MY CAR.. WELL RECENTLY THEY PUT TO MUCH OIL IN... MY CAR AND IT CAUSED IT TO START A LITTLE LEAK, I WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT AND THE AUTOREPAIR GUY WAS LIKE REALLY RUDE AND SAYING THEY DIDNT CAUSE IT AND I KNOW THEY DID BECAUSE THEY'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS FIXED ON MY CAR... THE CRAZY PART IS AFTER I BOUGHT MY CAR I HEARD SO MANY BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM THAT I WISH I COULD HAVE HEARD BEFORE. ME PERSONALLY I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR THERE AGAIN!!!!!
