I guess if you've already made your vehicle purchase your needs are "not as important". Teying to get warranty information and getting the run around.
Do not recommend, seems that sales person has to run to the manager for every little question that is asked. Seems like some of the men in the service... department has a problem with women that come in there.
Very stingy sales manager. My salesman was very courteous, but had to represent his boss who was unpleasant. The car has transmission issues, but it was... used, so I bought it as-is. Lack-luster customer service. Will not return because of the manager.
I live in Gulfport, only a few miles from a local Chrysler dealership, yet chose to go to Bayside Chrysler because they have earned my trust. I only needed... am oil change, but also wanted them to diagnose a vibration in the front end. Some places would have had a "field day" ! After two test drives, second one with me along, the mechanic determined it was low steering fluid. Worth the extra drive !!
Run don’t walk. This place is the worst business I have ever encountered Service horrible work shoddy accountability none cost exorbadent. Nightmare Steven... King would be proud.
When I asked specifically how much a car cost and specifically how much my trade in was worth. I spent 30 Minutest trying to get an answer from the salesman... then the manager, I gave two chances to answer me direct how much on both. All they wanted to tell me was what my payment was going to be. I had my own finacing already lined up and knew my budget. All I needed to know was how much and they refused to tell me so I left withour a price or a car. I do not trust any one that can not answer a simple question directly.

The over all experience was fine I asked the service desk when I arrived at 7:40 am he told me 30 minutes and I was out in that length of time

Good service from the time I pulled up til when I left. Madeline was very helpful, she made sure I got into the car I wanted. We looked at a few in the... lot then we went inside and looked at some online. I was pretty picky but she was patient and had everything covered. Perry was also extremely helpful. I know where I'm getting my next car from.
