They claimed to have done a 175 point inspection on a

They claimed to have done a 175 point inspection on a used vehicle, but within a month of buying the vehicle, I have had to replace the spark plugs, get a tune up, and the blower for the AC went out. The sparkplugs were the original plugs. This is a 2012 model. Never buy an as-is car from Mandals.

Overall a very positive experience.

Overall a very positive experience. The sales team was thorough and I ended up buying a truck that was a step up from my initial plan. The pricing was fair and they gave me a good value for my trade. I will buy from Mandal again.

Everything went smoothly.

Everything went smoothly. Nice waiting area,coffee,water and restrooms. I was given a free oil change for my Birthday it was awesome. They did everything I ask.

Customer service should be improved.

Customer service should be improved. I was told that if I had waited rather than gone home they would have gotten to my vehicle quicker. I had to call to check on the vehicle. They should have called me to give me an update. Had to call several times to find out & prompt them to do anything.
