I felt that I was invisible during my last service visit. I have a maintenance agreement and you tried to charge me for my service which means you did... not even recognize that I had one. I paid a lot of money for the autobutler program which includes cleaning my car. When I showed up to pick it up it was not washed. When I made a comment about it, the service person acted put out that she had to take my car to get it washed. All she did was run it through the car wash, did not have it wiped off, did not vacuum or even touch anything on the inside. Like I said I felt like I was invisible and not considered a valued customer. If I did not have a year left on my autobutler or service agreement, I WOULD NOT GO BACK.
Every person I have ever come in contact in that entire building has been helpful, and amazing.

All repairs were done in a timely manner. My A/C runs better than it ever has and I didn't even know I had a problem with it. My windows even some to roll... up and down better than before. Thanks for the good work.
When purchasing my 2018 GMC Sierra it was by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. The team at Mandal is excellent... all the way from the salesman to the finance manager. I never once felt pressured into anything and they were very open and explained every part of the process very thoroughly.
First things first I was told the total cost of my car was $27,628 before tax and about $30,500ish after. While talking to the finance guy he said for... a little higher interest rate with a different finance company I could get the extended 100,000 mile warranty. Sure I said. First note comes in and my payoff is $34,000!!! It wasn’t only a higher interest rate but a $3,000+ service contract that he signed me up for. This after being there for over 5hrs waiting to be helped and for them to write everything up I started with that bc it was the more important of the two but before I showed up I talked to a salesman about the car and told him I was driving in from New Orleans to see the car. Never heard back from him so I just drove there 2 days after talking to him. Once I got there they let him know I was there but he never came out to meet me or help. After waiting for about 30 minutes another salesman had to come help

They treat repeat customers horribly. I am very disappointed and will not return to purchase a third vehicle. My sales person was childish and rude.
Dealership Satisfaction Survey I started with a good experience but then it went south real quick. I didn't get my truck the day I purchased it. It was... coming from another dealership cause of the color I requested. I got the truck 2 days later. When I was notified that the truck was there and ALL ready to go, I went in to pick it up and then the problems started. I was given the keys and told it was outside. My sales guy didnt even walk me out to go over the vehicle. Went out to the truck and the truck was. 1. No Auto butler detail like I was told 2. No gas 3. No floor liners like I was told 4. No chrome exhaust tip like I was told. 5. No storage bin like I was promised. I went in and complained and was told it would be taken care of. The sales guy at the time took the truck back and came back 10 mins later looking the same except the tires were armor all'd. The rubber liners were put in but the storage bin was just placed on the back seat. The hood had paint imperfections which would have been noticed if it were cleaned properly. I take the truck and was given a slip of paper with a number on it and was told by my sales guy to go to the local Texaco and put the gas myself. I was told by the business manager to bring the vehicle back the next day so they could fix these issues. I was assigned a different sales guy at that time (Randy) and that has been a much better experience. Unfortunately my truck is still at the dealership and I purchased this truck on 2July. Today is July 11th and I'm still waiting for my new truck. What an experience....I think they could have handled this much better than this. Or at least offer to compensate me for these troubles. I'm a retired military veteran so to all my veterans out there who is thinking about purchasing from Mandal GMC Buick....beware? Special thanks to Zack in Service department.
