1st car buying experience

To start of this is the first time that I have bought a car on my own. As a young female looking for a new car is a scary idea. Once I arrived at Tri –County I felt safe. Scott greeted me and during the entire process never did I feel pressured to buy the car. I had been looking for a new car since early February. I found what I was looking for at Tri-County Ford. From the first email to the dealership online to getting there and working with Scott Heffernan in sales and Jade Mitchell was a great experience. The vehicle that I was looking at was a Certified Ford Explorer XLT. When I arrived I noticed the tire had a chunk missing out of it. Once bringing it to the attention of the dealership we did have a hiccup with replacing the tires. However Scott and Jade worked wonderful with us to be able to reach a plan on getting the tires fixed. We also notice that the floor mats were missing from the car they did not even hesitate on getting them ordered. The car had several other minor issues that were taken care of with out missing a beat. Once I got to the finance step Gary West was wonderful to work with and made everything very understandable. They have been wonderful. When I went to pick the car up I was greeted by Manny made sure that everything on the car was perfect for me. So far I am very happy with my purchase from Tri-County Ford. I highly recommend Tri-County Ford for the car buying process.

Excellent Service

This was a safety warranty repair that required I leave my vehicle all day. It was accomplished on time and I received a nice phone call at about 4:30PM. I picked the car up the next day and was on my way with no issues. Thanks.

New car purchase

Purchased new 2017 Ford Taurus. Had Stan as my salesman and I also dealt with Jade, who worked friendly with me on purchasing the Taurus. Even though I wasn’t thrilled with a white vehicle with a moon roof Jade worked with me on the price and the next day I returned and took the car home happy with my purchase.

Service repairs

I have taken my Escape and past vehicles to this dealership for several years and have always had a excellent experience with their service as well as purchasing vehicles from Tri County. They work with you and bring to attention any problems they find and answer all questions that you experience with your vehicle. A great group of service employees and sales people that I am thankful to work with.
