My GLC went in for service this week and it might be the best service I have ever had. Jeff, my salesman, offered to pick up my car at my home and leave... a loaner. I have bought a few cars from Jeff but I would not expect that, hard for him to sell a car when he is in my driveway! The service department rep, Jeff ASFAHL, was outstanding in keeping me up to date with progress and what they found that needed attention. Jeff was friendly, patient with my questions and knew what he was talking about. I also had the car detailed while it was there and I would give them an A on the inside and an A on outside work. The car was also ready a full day sooner then promised. Could not get much better!
Brought the car here and dropped it there since WEDNESDAY for the alignment service, James brought up with another problems such as struts rods...I have... stated clearly that PLEASE take a look at TPMS all services acme out to $1975.70 picked it up this morning (after 5 days left it there) same (tire pressure monitor visit work shop) problems still exists. This is a joke. James Beverly, you’re a jerk. Putting air on tires would solved problems? Have you go to school any at all? You made me regret after 16 years of being a Mercedes’s fan. Let me tell you something boy, if I have $92k to pay for this car 16 years ago then I will have money to pay for TPMS problems. Mercedes made a mistake of hiring you!
I bought my last MB from Tafel in 2001 and have had excellent performance out of my SL for many years. My new E350 Cab is a very comfortable and spacious... replacement for a car I thought I would never get rid of because I loved it so much. I can say the sales staff were excellent and made the decision to do business with them very easy.

I just bought new 144 Cargo Sprinter from out of state. Wyndall responded on a Saturday, his day off. By the following Saturday he again came in on his... day off just to deliver my van. All throughout the negotiating process Wyndall was great to work with solving issues, and finding creative ways to seal the deal. Mercedes 0% promotion interest loan rate is incredible. So yes five hours drive and passing 6 other dealerships well worth the honesty and great customer service!
My experience was top notch! I worked with Bryce, Charles, Miller, and a finance guy. These gentlemen worked under Covid conditions which posed challenges... but all of them made us feel safe , informed , and we had a few laughs. This is my 2nd purchase with this dealership and I will go nowhere else! Also Jimmy in service has helped me with my first vehicle and I'm sure will be there for this one. We had talked to the team and we brought our trade in to be evaluated. Two hours later, they could not come up with an acceptable sounding offer, and refused... to return our car keys to us. We had to go home using a different set of keys and have the managing partner send us our keys. We bought a different brand vehicle.
Mr. Simms we have no one by your name in our customer database. Is there another name it could be under (a business, spouse, or different first name)?... Our managing partner also has no recollection of the scenario you described where he had to send someone their keys. My process Leasing a Mercedes from Tafel motor Corporation was fantastic. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the... smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

She went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we understood each step of... the buying process; answered all of our questions; and just made the grueling process of buying a car so much better. Great EXPERIENCE! Saw my 2014 s550 on the mb web site called the Tafel dealership, and got Brandon Strong. Everything was up front. Car was all that then... and some. Drove in from NC with our trade in an e350 coupe. Jarress Turner the sales manager was extremely helpful. Dana Banks was a great help too. I would highly recommended this dealership great follow thru. They even sent me some great MB shaped cookies... Try them give them a fair shot.... You won't go wrong.
