Parking lot is spread out nicely and you can make out the different group of vehicles easily. The office area was nice and clean and the service area did not interfere with the sales area. No loud noises coming from service department.

Took new car into dealer for warranty work.

Took new car into dealer for warranty work. Was there for a week. Checked on it and was told it would be at least another week to two weeks. Advisor said we could pick it up, and did. He said he would keep us "in line" and call us when they could get to it. This is absolutely terrible service. I have purchased two (2) vehicles from this dealer in the last 18 mos. Have had terrible experience in two out of three service calls. Will go somewhere else in the future.
