    I purchased a vehicle from Bill Morrison at Sam Swope Buick. Bill was very friendly and caring. He took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. The entire purchase process was very easy. No pressure just a genuine care that we were getting the car that would work for us. Bill is an exceptional saleman. I also had the pleasure of meeting Doug the General Manager and Mike who works with financing. The entire staff worked as a team to ensure we were happy when we completed our purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Sam Swope Buick.

    Worst buying experience ever. My daughter bought a car from this dealership after her car had been totaled. The dealer was gracious in holding the car for her for a week after she put down a deposit until she got her check from the insurance company. Once everything was deposited into her account, she went to the bank and secured the remaining balance to pay the difference. We came to the dealership with a letter of credit from her financial establishment and a check to pay for the car. When we presented this to the dealership they looked at us and said " What's this? ' We can't take letters of credit'. We explained that the bank had given us the document to take to the dealership. We were told that before this dealership was bought out by the current owners in Florida they were able to take the letter of credit, but now since the new owners had taken over, this was no longer the practice. We left and went back to the bank the next day and were told that the only way they operated was by issuing a letter of credit. We then went back to the dealer, had to get the loan there which was at a much higher rate. We were in the office of the finance department for all of 10 minutes, they walked us out to the car opened the door and they said Bye. We just spent over 10,000 dollars at this dealership and were made to feel unappreciated. We were made to feel like just another sale. No one said a thing about warranty, showed us ANYTHING about the car itself, let alone make us feel excited about the new car my daughter had just bought. I have bought many cars in my life, many kids :), and every dealership has made me feel special and happy about the purchase. It was my daughters very first car purchase and it was a bad experience to say the least. Will definitely never buy from here again.

    I bought a Buick Cascada this past spring my sales guy was awesome. From there it took a bad turn during the buying process the finance guy tried to sneak in expensive add ons without discussing with me first. Such as an extended warranty for a leased vehicle. The "sign here" trick with a pile of confusing paper work. After providing the finance guy with all the paper work needed I received calls asking for it again, twice. I've brought the vehicle in for service 3 times in 7 months. After I explain to the person setting up the appointment, providing a detailed written explanation of the issue and follow through with the tech when I dropped off the car, the repairs are never done completely. An appointment for an oil change took 2 hours! Bonnie in customer service is great at following through and has tried to help but she is only 1 in a team of many. Such a hassle with such a beautiful car.

    The company was once Swope Buick GMC, now Courtesy. The service remains top notched for older vehicles. Highly recommend for difficult issues even if the service costs are much higher than some independent companies.
