Stopped in on Saturday and test drove the new Continental. I wanted to order a 2018. I asked if there were any 2018 units currently on order that Oxm
oor could make changes on to shorten the delivery ETA but could not get an answer. I had a question about my trade-in and asked them to get back with me and they did not. Seems they only wanted to sell me something on their lot. The sales manager on duty there was not aware I was there or was not attentive. I received an email from the general manager asking if there was anything he could help with. I explained the situation to him and he did not respond for over 24 hours and did not answer my questions. I replied to his email saying that he did not answer my questions and have still not received a reply after waiting 24 hours. I would be leery of an establishment where the general manager sets such a poor example.
