    Awesome staff and awesome service, by far the best I've ever seen within a dealership. I've already sent several important people in my life to see them for a chance to experience the hospitality that I have received, while they are looking for a new or used car. These people are not looking to just sell a car or truck, they are looking to make friends and build relationships in the process. I give them a 100% A+

    I called spirt to ask about a Buick Encore they had . The sealed person I spoke with told me everything I needed to know about the car . so I took him at his word and drove to the dealer with cash to make a purchase . When I arrived I found that everything he told me was a lie !! Everything !!! He also didn't work there . Spurt uses a call ctr. That lies yo you to get you on the lot . Do I went to a dealer in Winchester and bought a new one . Just like I went to spirt to buy . Stay away !! ¿

Yes, we do have a customer care specialist (as do most dealerships now) who assists our salesmen in answering incoming sales calls, setting appointments, and doing customer follow-up calls. That person works here with us, on site. We do not out-source our calls to an off-site call center. At Spirit, we work hard to build relationships with our customers and to ensure they have an enjoyable experience with us, whether it be with our sales, service, or parts department. It is our hope that our customers feel comfortable here and will continue allowing us to serve their needs for years to come. In fact, in our sales department alone, many of our salesmen have been here at least 20 years or longer and have served multiple generations of several families! If you felt anything was misrepresented to you, we surely apologize and wish you had expressed your concerns to our manager. We understand that you have already made your purchase, but hope that you will visit us again and allow us another chance.
