    We went in for an oil change and a recall on our Buick and ended up trading for a new Chevy Equinox!. Spirit Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a car and would like to thank our salesman Ronnie Compton for all he has done for us. Also want to thank Gary Sanford for the help he gave us as well. We have bought several vehicles from Spirit and use their service department as well. Thank you so much Ronnie and Rodney for not pressuring us to do anything and always being professional. Love you both!

    Everything was going great! Agreed on price right away. Sales guy agreed to fix all that I wanted fixed, All to be completed before pick up. THEN I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK! Nothing had been done prior to pick up except one thing that I had to wait on the day of pickup. 15 days later, after being put off time after time, I received my truck with services promised still not completed. So as you can probably tell they will not be getting a "thumbs up"!

    I just recently purchased a Used 2007 Jeep Commander from Scott Ferguson. I travelled from 3 hours away with my family to look at the vehicle. The staff went out of there way to accommodate my two young boys even giving them soccer T-shirts. After bargaining on price we finally received the price we wanted as well as a 3 year powertrain warranty which was surprising on a 10 year old vehicle with 93,000 miles. Great hometown people who really appreciate their customers.

    My wife and I recently purchased a new car from Spirit CHEVROLET-BUICK in Harrodsburg.     At first all the sales representatives were very nice and willing to work with us. They did what they needed to do to get us to purchase the vehicle, Afterwards is what we're having a problem with. After the paperwork was signed the vehicle remained there to have work done. We called with questions and they refused to talk to us and never returned calls. We finally went up there to pick the vehicle up and we're rushed out. We still to this day do not have the plates, and parts of the sale that were negotiated have still not been met. We are getting the run around on every asspect. Worse car buying experience ever!!!
