After vehicle purchase, I noticed a feature that was advertised as "standard equipment" on their website was missing. I was told "it is... covered in the fine print" and that a manager would call me. That was 4 days ago. Too bad. What would've been an excellent review is now poor.

Was shopping for a new SUV, was out one Saturday test driving them all. Stopped in at BMW and was greeted with a smile and awesome energy by Tristan! Tristan... was awesome! They tried to low ball my trade in, Quoted me cash buy instead of trade in value on my truck, It was almost $3000 dollars less. When questioned they just... said that is what it is no recheck or anything. They need to understand some people do their homework and not treat them like they are stupid,

Our experience with the entire Don Jacobs team was phenomenal. We dealt with about five or six people at that dealership from start to finish and every... single one of them was awesome. Brandy was my sales girl and she was totally on her game. I was able to text her back and forth for over a week. And was able to get responses and feedback immediately. What a fantastic dealership !

I had a 2014 CRV which I had completely enjoyed (purchased at Don Jacobs along with a 2013 Civic for my daughter in 2013), really did not intend to upgrade,... however when I was in the dealership to buy a 2014 Civic for another daughter in January, 2018. In casual conversation with Michelle she mentioned some of the safety upgrades with the newer models . As an older driver it perked my interest. I told Michelle I would think about it. In March, Michelle checked in with me at which time I told her I was seriously considering it but not before May and would be in touch. I was so impressed with her respecting my space, she allowed me to get back in touch on my timetable. I was committed to going back to Michelle for my May purchase because she was so helpful with the purchase in Jan. She assisted my daughter in learning the features of her car and in general just a pleasure to work with. Since buying my CRV, I've gone back to se her several times with questions. Michelle is always willing to explain and in some cases re-explain features to me. In addition, my daughter who I bought the 2013 Civic for that started my relationship with your company, came with me on the day I purchased. We were considering trading her Civic and for her to pick up my original CRV because she needed a larger car. She and her husband actually ended up trading her Civic and purchased another CRV form Michelle on the same day of my purchase. All of this happened because of the ease it was to work with her. Since January we have purchased 3 cars from her. Another reason why I returned to Don Jacobs for the car in Jan was that since buying my 2014 CRV I have had all my maintenance completed there. Kenny Adams is the service agent that I have always gone to. He is professional, has always pleasant, answered my questions and in general just very helpful. I'm a forever customer.
Mark Bowen was probably the best car salesman I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership seemed very accommodating. However,... I buy several vehicles a year and the process was cumbersome. Too many i's to dot and unnecessary questions/forms to fill out. If a guy comes in with a cash deal, he should be on the road in 30 minutes. Mark was liquid smooth and had the process ironed out completely, there was just a LOT to do. The gentleman that took my payment was also very practiced, but again, too many forms. I would assuredly use this dealer again, especially with Mark. He is watching for a vehicle for me as we speak. I will also say that Logan did a good job fielding my questions over email, etc... Thanks to all at Don Jacobs
