Didn't do what they said, basically lied about the car. Wanted me to purchase wheels shown in cars.Com picture. Don't buy from them.
Ricky, Whittamore is absolutely awesome, kind courteous, friendly, patient and down to earth. A true and valuable asset to Paul, Miller and the Ford Dealership.
Very responsive, and they have a great attitude. I am still in the process of looking for a specific truck, and they are patient.

What should have been a slam dunk sale ended up wasting over 2 hours of my time. After previously going in for 2 test drives and talking do a sales associate,... I had decided to wait until the new Mazda CX-30 was released. I stayed in contact with the sales person and he let me know when they got them in. I knew exactly what I wanted and while Paul Miller Mazda didn't have it there, I was told they would be able to acquire it for me. I provided them the exact car I wanted including the name of the dealership 3.5 hours away who had one and even the VIN number of the car I wanted. I repeatedly asked what the exact cost would be to have this vehicle acquired by Paul Miller Mazda but was never given a straight answer. Three times they put offer sheets in front of me with different vehicles, all at a higher MSRP than the car I requested. They attempted to tell me the MSRP I had from Mazda's website was incorrect. Despite being given an exact payoff amount for my current car from Mazda financial they used an inflated value. I was asked to focus solely on a monthly payment price range, even though I said that didn't matter and I wanted them to clearly give a precise total loan amount. I was willing to pay sticker price since this was a new model just released and even understood there would be an additional cost for acquiring it from another dealer, however through either dishonesty or incompetence the sales folks at Paul Miller Mazda could not put a document in front of me with the exact MSRP of the car I asked to purchase. After wasting over two hours of my time, I told the sales associate that I would be leaving. I got to my car only to realize that the sales person had kept my key fob for my car from the trade-in inspection so I had to go back in. When walked back in the sales manager asked me to sit and discuss things, I politely told him that we were done and I just needed my key fob back. I got to my car and tried to leave and the sales manager followed me. I told him "have a good day, goodbye" but he continued to try to argue with me. He immediately began saying that he had no idea there was a specific car I wanted, that no one had given him the VIN of the exact car that I wanted etc. all of which was completely untrue. I kept telling him politely that we were leaving but he wouldn't stop. He was incredibly aggressive, it was frankly ridiculous and embarrassing to see. The interaction made my fiancee nervous because he wouldn't let us leave. I finally had to slam my car door in his face to get him to stop. Needless to say I will not be returning to Paul Miller.
Smooth and easy buy. Zach was a very good sales person. Very nice people to work with didn’t feel hurried rushed or pushed. Very comfortable experience... as best buying a car can be.
When posted online, the price was better than our local dealer. So my wife and I made the drive down which was a good hour and a half drive. We called... before to make sure the taxes and dock pay wouldn't exceed a certain price and they said the dock pay was the same as everyone else's. We get there and the salesman was new and very kind but as we went through the process, they didn't tell us a price and had us go through all the information as they " broke down the numbers." When they came out their price was higher than what we were offered locally, and they were only willing to give 1500 below for my trade in. I guess they thought because we drove there we were stuck in buying. After three hours, i told them this was the price they had to beat and if they couldn't we were leaving. The manager came out and said no, then called back the next day after we left and said they could definitely work with us. ...not a fan of this kind of sales tactic and they lost my business. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.
Eric Hidenrite went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was very patient and helpful as we checked out almost... every Fusion they had trying to make our decision. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and give Eric a chance to earn your business.
They were prepared, friendly and gave us quick service at a late hour. They had the exact car I wanted for the best price. I would definitely recommend... them to others.
Be aware that the listing price of cars at this dealer does not include a $599 document fee. So automatically add $600 to the price of every car
I apologize for the lack of transparency on our end. Most every dealership has a doc/processing fee of some sort, but the verbiage telling you the car... was plus tax, title, lic, and dealer processing/doc fee should be have been there for you to see. Chris Arnold, General Sales Manager
