Saleswoman and GM lost sale

Sales lady Lied to me abd said Environmental Protection coating was mandatory. Seen new vehicle and price on website and was going to purchase so ask for total. Questioned this $499 charge and was told mandatory. Vehicle had great price until she started adding stuff I didn't want, refused to take off price and GM Jesse Parks was in on it. Lost sale for lie and $299

Charlatans.

Charlatans. Incredible lack of professionalism. He stated they would offer their "best deal" but it never was presented. When confronted all I got was excuse after excuse. 1. I don't price the cars. 2. The car has low mileage. 3. Then he requests my presence. On and on he went like a spoiled teenager throwing a tantrum. Furthermore, MA (initials) was unwilling to accept that an $1,100 service was due on the car which can easily be verified. Lot of fees on the check out. Gave them ample opportunity to come to the table and all I got was constant rhetoric and deception. Zero integrity. What a colossal waste of time.

3rd car purchased and 100% it will be the last with Jake

3rd car purchased and 100% it will be the last with Jake Sweeney. I traded in a Stinger for an EV6 and was worst mistake I’ve ever made. The car was not charged enough for me to even make it home to Columbus. When I left said 177 mile range, I didn’t make it Columbus before it needed charged and that’s not even 100 miles. I attempted to return the car at that point when I called the dealership and my sales person Ricky Hicks. I emailed the owner Cody to see what we could do and he basically said nothing other than he would see what “he could do” and then went radio silent. This lack of respect and courtesy will give you an idea of the type of establishment you’re dealing with. They sure are very friendly and helpful before you sign the papers. Go shop where your respected and this place isn’t it. Update just got called from Jesse Parks a manager who insulted me on the phone and asked me why I am mad “for my mistake “. Don’t buy here it’s quite simple.

Josh, Tony and the entire service department at Jake Sweeney Kia are outstanding! I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage XLine in April 2022. The vehicle had a shimmy. The service team worked diligently to figure out the issue. They contacted Kia Tech to work through ideas on what could be causing the shimmy. It took a few different ideas to finally come up with the solution but Josh and Tony remained understanding and helpful throughout the entire experience. The service team were all friendly and professional. It was an annoying situation that was made bearable by these great individuals. Tony, thanks for hanging in there with me, you are very much appreciated!

Kia sucks

I test drove and purchased a 2023 Seltos,when I left the vehicle it had 6.4 miles on it,sounded like a new car,next day I go to pick up my new vehicle,it has 11 miles on it and it sounded worst then my 200,000 scion.WHY ? was my brand new car already purchased being test driven the way it was.KIA will be getting this one back( Lemon Law) can't believe with just 180 miles it sounds like it does

The most honest and comfortable service department

I bought my car at this dealership in Florence, KY. but have moved to Ohio, but I still drive and hour one way to go back because it is so much better even than the nearby places in Mason, Ohio. Firestone told me I needed all new tires when I went there to get a nail removed/patched. Jake Sweeney Team said all of my tires were still in excellent condition and I did not need new tires. That is so honest!!! There waiting area is the best!!! Comfortable seating, large TV, snacks, beverages, restroom. The best!!!!!!!

Refused a sale

Refused to sell us a car because we weren't local and he wouldn't get to service the car. Which tells you a lot about his business practices. Wouldn't service a car there for any reason after this experience. The salesperson was great, too bad the owner/manager is too greedy for his own good.
