I worked with Bill, he was a high pressure salesman that had a horrible attitude from the start. He didn't think I was a "legitimate buyer" his words not mine. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and pretty insulting. I drove a couple miles down the highway and bought a car from a different dealership.

Sales people were extremely rude and condescending.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!
Avoid this dealership at all costs!! I bought a used 2019 Expedition only to find out it was in poor condition. It needed motor work (cam Phasers, new turbos and rear struts and brakes were bad also. After arguing with them for a week and my so called free 6-month warranty saying it was preexisting and would not cover anything, they agreed to do the motor work. They said the other was normal wear and tear on a 100k vehicle. The brakes started pulsating and when you would hit a fairly sized bump, it would throw the truck towards the opposite lane or towards the ditch which is totally unsafe, but they do not care! So, I have to fix this before i can drive it anymore. I understand normal wear and tear, but leaking struts is a safety concern and should have been caught before being sold. They don't care, they got my money, they said they do a thorough check of the vehicle before putting it for sale. Yeah Right!! LIES!! They kept my truck for almost 3 weeks! I've learned a lesson. I spent $30,000 for a junker that i personally have to put in another $2,000 to drive and feel safe! Stay Away!! salesman Bill Langford was good, used car manager Mark Williams, told me when I drove off the lot they washed their hands of it, which I told him that was pretty crappy to say, another used car manager was Jeremy Schmidt, who finally decided to at least fix the motor issue, said and I quote "brakes and shocks fall under preventative maintenance and are fine to operate a long time" I sent 2 emails to Chris Mitchell and he never responded to me personally or acknowledged he received my emails. What happened to a happy customer? I just wanted a safe and reliable vehicle to enjoy and run into this. I think you should really check over your used vehicles a little better and treat your customers with a little more respect. I drive a semi delivering Hazardous materials and I take safety very seriously. Shame on Kerry Toyota.!! I can't believe what a person has to go thru after spending a good chunk of change.
