Everything went great except for when Mike Svach from finance tried to scam us into Gap insurance after being told we didn't want it. Next time listen to the customer and what the customer wants instead of trying to be a scam artist.

I received excellent customer service from Kerry Toyota service department . The Employees were Very friendly and professional. Their customers waiting lounge was very clean and comfortable.

I received prompt and courteous service. I was impressed by the service technician who personally demonstrated the features on the car before I drove it off the lot. He was outstanding at his job.

Any questions or concerns I have had are answered and promptly taken care of. I appreciate that very much. Everyone I have dealt with has been on top if their game.

Took too long and did not fix tire pressure light issue. Also had to put key back together properly, Not sure why key was messed with. Also came back with several items I’m not sure I needed. Would be helpful if they showed you part they wanted to replace.
