Never bought a car online before and was negotiating price and a trade-in and I felt they were completely fair honest and took very good care of me. Had a few minor things that needed to be taken care of on the car no hassle no grumbling took care of it gave me a car to use while they did it ! Awesome!

My husband and I have been considering purchasing another Wrangler for a couple years. We looked at used and new, went to dealerships and looked on line. We never felt like we had found the right Jeep or the right dealership until we met Keith Adams at Jeff Wyler in Fort Thomas, KY. He made us feel at ease and never made us feel pressured. When we realized they didn't have exactly what we wanted for the price we were willing to pay he and the manager Ron immediately took action to find us what we wanted. They treated us like family. I would recommend Keith, Ron and Jeff Wyler Ft. Thomas if you're looking for a great experience. We rate this dealership and this team 5 Stars!

Took advantage of my 19 year old inexperienced son. Gave him a >20% interest loan. Sold him a vehicle that had body damage not disclosed to him visually. Was written in contract but he did not know what he was signing for. Did not disclose rust on hood. Completely screwed him on his trade in. Kept him there for hours. He told me he felt like he was not allowed to leave. Contacted Jeff Wyler. Did not feel like he was interested in the matter. Was told general manger Thomas Gleason would be contacting my son. Sent him a few emails with no response. Disgusted with the lack of integrity the sales team displayed. No regard for the financial burden they have put on my son. I'm sure they were laughing when he left. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone! They wouldn't even throw in a set of floor mats. Give me a xxxxxxx break.

Thank you for the response. We are sharing your experience with the staff in order to improve. We are going to let the General Manager know that you would like to speak with him. From past experience, we can say that a high interest rate could be a result of Patrick having limited credit. Please try speaking with the Finance Manager at the dealership, they may be able to explain everything. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I recently bought a Jeep from Jeff Wyler. They had a used model that I found online, and worked with the sales managers to purchase. There was a little confusion about which sales-person I should speak with, as the one who replied to my inquiry wasn't in the office when I called in to talk about it. I chatted with a different sales guy when I called in, who then went on a week of vacation the next week. I ended up working directly with Ron (Sales Manager), who was excellent to work with. After I had finalized everything with Ron and had a plan to drive up the following weekend to buy it, the original sales guy (not listed below) sent me a really cheesy "encouraging sales" e-mail, trying to stoke my interest in buying a Wrangler for the spring season. Not a big deal, the communication could have been a bit crisper. That said, it was a great experience overall... I sent pictures of the important documents, and they had everything drawn up when I got there. They were considerate of the 12 hour round trip drive I had to take, and made sure it was smooth. Very friendly staff as well, and great experience!

I had shopped around for nearly a month at several other dealerships as soon as I returned home from my deployment and I couldn't get a good deal on a truck to save my life, I even left my unit early while still in uniform to get over to a few dealerships before closing and it seemed like I was being treated like a second class citizen with no one wanting to really help me out. I had all but given up and was about to accept a horrible offer from an overpriced dealer when I found a truck at Jeff Wyler. My sales associate was very insightful and friendly to deal with and one of the sales managers is a retired veteran who made sure all my additional questions were answered and helped me get the best deal on my truck. I will be back when the wife needs to get her SUV. Thank you to everyone over at Jeff Wyler for helping this old soldier out.

I stopped in to see what it would involve to get out of a lease and into a new one. I dealt with Nate Hogel who did an excellent job explaining the whole process. I selected the Jeep I was interested in, he gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. When I returned he had all the numbers, payoff, trade in value, and several different lease terms and payments. At that point I decided to take the information home, think about it and do a little research. This is the point most dealerships try and get you to make the deal with the usual high pressure tactics. I got none of that from Nate. He later emailed me some information on several other vehicles I might be interested in that I checked out a couple days later. He gave me a great trade in value, a great price on the new Jeep, and most of all he knows his stuff and does a great job explaining everything. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from a Wyler store and both have been excellent experiences. Steve McCoy in finance also did an excellent job explaining all the paper work and answering any questions I had.

I did not sit waiting for hours for financing like you do at a lot of places, the purchase process was very fast and all the numbers were clearly stated. No hidden fees or high pressure sales tactics. I appreciate the quickness and transparency in the whole sales process. I would definitely do business here again.
