Would not recommend buying from here the 21 point inspection is a joke, mouse poop in the engine not vacuumed, dead battery and bad wipers and huge holes... in the roof upholstery, won't be back.

Purchased an Acura MDX today. We were well taken care of by Nick and the entire staff. Went the extra mile to ensure we knew and understood all the features.... No pressure whatsoever. My wife & I were looking for a better used car for our daughter. We ran across a small suv that she was looking for at Bluegrass BMW in Paducah, KY. Nick... was our salesman and he was great! He listened to what we had to say and then introduced us to his manager Joe who was also a pleasure to work with. Then there was Matt, who was the finance guy. He was cool and liked to make people smile and help wherever he could! The small suv that we found was a 2011 Toyota Rav4. It had very low miles and was in great shape for its year. The particular vehicle we were trading in, was a 2013 Nissan Juke. We were a little upside down on this particular vehicle and with the Rav4 being 6 years old and going on 7, none of the banks wanted to roll in any of the negative equity even though we both had superior credit. Long story short, we were going to have to come up with money out of our pockets, which we didn't want to do. We found this out once we were in the finance office with Matt. He showed us everything on his computer because he didn't want to just be telling us and thinking he was holding any info from us. He went back to talk with Nick & Joe and they found us a 2014 Honda CRV that had just come in, literally. It was in the detail shop at the Honda store next door. (Both the Honda and BMW dealerships are owned by the same guy). They worked us a deal and we didn't have to come up with any money out of our pockets. These people worked hard and fast to earn our business. I have to say that this was the most enjoyable buy we have ever made for a vehicle at a dealership. They weren't pushy and didn't beat around the bush, which is how we like to do business. Let's both be honest (something you usually don't find with car salesmen) and if you don't like what I have to say and vice versa, then let's move on. It's a lot quicker and enjoyable that way! I know this is a long read, but it's what we experienced and a good one at that. So, if you're ever in need of a new or used vehicle in the Paducah, KY area, stop by and at least talk to Nick, Joe or Matt. I believe that you will receive the same treatment we experienced and won't be disappointed!
I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but i did receive alot of help from them browsing. They were very good about contacting me and communicating with... me on cars i was interested in.
Contacted and spoke with salesman on the phone on a vehicle I was interested in but it sold a couple days before. Salesman offered to take my information... and contact me if they get something in that I may be interested in. Seemed friendly on the phone.
Salesman was very polite and knowledgeable, dealership was very clean.
Saw vehicle online and contacted dealership for more information. They freely gave all additional information requested with no pressure to come in for... a test drive. When I decided to make the 2+ hour trip to see the used vehicle I was interested in, they agreed to hold it so that I would not be wasting a trip. We had a wonderful experience. We received a quality vehicle for a fair price and a generous allowance for our trade in. Jamie and Corey were so courteous... and helpful. We drove all the way from Murfreesboro to make the deal and don't regret it at all. They have a play area for the kids which was a relief as our 3 had made the trip with us.
