Latest Service Visit

Service is, prompt, quick and efficient. Always friendly service employees and cashier and the environment is always clean with plenty of seating to go around and of course the dealership is not far.

This was one of the best experiences we've had while looking for a replacement vehicle for our lease. We were at the end of our 6 month extension and still no word on the Buick we ordered in February from another dealership. While taking a day trip (we were 2 hours from home), we drove by Chesrown and, on a whim, decided to turn around to see what was on the lot. Best decision! We drove off the lot in our new Buick Envision less than 2 hours later. From beginning to end, such a streamlined experience. Thanks for making this such a simple, straight forward experience.

After 24 years using this Dealership I will never set

After 24 years using this Dealership I will never set foot on the lot again. After 4 trips to the service Dept. It cost $1,200.00 and nothing was fixed, in fact they locked both sets of keys in the car and charged me to create a new key. Filed a formal compliant with the dealership and no response.

We asked for the tire air pressure to be synced to the car computer. The work was not done.

Worst customer service

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Just being pushed around to someone else. Bought a 2016 GMC Yukon in Jan 2022. Transmission died after 8 months. Come to find out there are numerous civil action lawsuits and complaints that GM is aware of this issue and doing nothing about it to help. I've been handed back and forth to different service reps. GM is trying to reach them to get diagnostics but again no one answers. They have had my car for 3 days now and we have made zero progress. They screen their calls and automatically answer when you *67. I have 5 kids and no car. apparently nothing can be done until at least Monday now due to their lack of care for their customers. I have emailed the general manager and service manager Ron Brown with no response. I don't understand why it is so hard to send a fax or email. I'd give zero stars if possible. Everyone go to Roush Honda, my worst mistake was leaving them.
