in for oil change/tire rotation and throttle body cleaning. Done in only 40 minutes ! Everyone at Chesrown is cordial and they always have hot coffee and a place to do work on your laptop.

I've purchased 21 vehicles from Chesrown and have always been treated with professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Chesrown. I recently drove from my home, now 7 hours away, to buy a 2022 Chevy Silverado. Tom Stephens and Ed Shelton were so very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience in every way. I'll buy from them again and I've recommended them many times. These people are the real deal. I've purchased from other dealers and not been treated as well.

I love the vehicle I bought here and Armando was a blessing but...... I took my vehicle in for the "free" oil change. As I was sitting waiting different technicians came out and told 4 people including myself that our vehicles needed an alignment. 4?????? That perked my ears up as I was thinking is this a scam since besides one old man who refused the service everyone else was.women. Today I came out to get in my car and there is a dirty perfect circle on my driver's seat, I take great pride in keeping my vehicle spotless. So after $106 and a stain needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle back for service and will continue to continue to use my own mechanic who I know I know I can trust with my vehicle.

Though I was unable to complete a purchase due to the current part shortage surrounding the auto industry currently, I would completely recommend Joe Maslar at Chesrown. I had placed an order with him and, unfortunately due to current constraints outside of his control, I had to purchase from another dealership due to them already having the vehicle available on the lot. However, throughout my order process, Joe was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on all updates with my order and I would definitely recommend setting an appointment with him for your vehicle purchase. Sorry we couldn't make it work this time but I plan on returning when I am in the market for a vehicle again. Thank you for your time!

Selling the GMC product with known manufacturer defects...

Selling the GMC product with known manufacturer defects is WRONG! Do your research on Infotainment System and Class Action lawsuits. No remedy, repair or refund from Chesrown or GMC. Not Good Business. It is not in the public's best safety interest to have have these automobiles on the road. After acknowledging GMC has a known Infotainments systems issue, with no known repair-Chesrown (Jim Gill) refuses to buyback in full, though the auto was still under full warranty.
