I came in last week to meet with Dave Kohler in service. Dave helped me (as usual) with a few minor repairs and I thought was going to be painless. It ended up I had another costly issue I wasn't expecting mechanically. I explained to Dave I wasn't happy putting anymore large repairs into the current vehicle and wished I could just trade it in. I purchased my used c class almost one month ago from Andrew Ruck. The price was great and the service was amazing. I live in Westerville and although there is a dealer closer to me I picked Crown first because the car was the lowest in the area but secondly because upon my arrival the car looked to be the cleanest in the area too. I have to admit that the car was somewhat of an impulse buy (after the third visit) but Andrew did make me feel comfortable with the purchase of my first luxury car. After a month of driving the car is still in great and no surprises have come up. I even took the car on a long road trip. I plan on recommending Crown to everyone I know!

My car was recently in Crown's shop for several days and I grew more confident with each passing day that it was being taken care of by top professionals led by Dave. Dave is a "car guy." Justin was very professional and very attentive to our needs. Justin and his coworkers are very efficient. He kept us informed on the service of our E350. Crown always has a loaner ready for us when the service is going to take some time. This is the second car have leased from Crown.

I was a 'woman on a mission' to get the right car, right price, and close deal quick. I did not have a lot of time. I had done my research online and called the dealership. The person who fielded the call was Grady Nance. He listened and promised to get answers about cars' availability. Car I wanted had a probable buyer, but the vehicle I was interested in does not stay on inventory long, and I was not surprised to find seriously interested buyer already there. Grady stayed on the case for my car...when the other interested buyer dropped out, Grady called and I ran over to see it. Grady had car waiting for me in front of dealership.
