Jimmy McDuffie is the best he made my sister and myself very welcome super attentive. A real gentleman! He made the car buying process goes smooth. Offering us food and beverage specially the hot chocolate it was a delight. A We also felt a warm hospitality with the rest of the staff. I would recommend this dealership to my family or friends.

2016 rx350 engine oil leaks.
Meeting with service greeter Mike S. He was very prompt on getting us a loaner while having our car service for a few major engine issues. (2016 rx350) After service technician evaluated our vehicles problem, we decided to move forward on all the repairs. Oil leaks on timing cover, oil leak on rear main seal. Waterpump leaking. There were a few extra 60,000 mile service. Good thing we had the extended transmission engine warranty. Once all the repairs were completed they delivered the vehicle back to us. We live 100 miles away. I had went over there work once we got it back. 2 things were over looked. The antifreeze reserve tank didn't have the cap backon the jug. The engine air filter cover wasn't locked down.

Pleasant and well done.
Great service coordinatior and mechanical service. Had the interior cleaned but they missed the back window and edges of the windshield. Good on the other cleaning.
