Always a positive experience

The service department personnel are always highly attentive and responsive, friendly and courteous, and the work gets done in a timely manner and as needed. Who could ask for anything more. Oh, maybe also a car wash and a candy bar - and they give me that too!

Very accomodating

Called at the last minute and was able to be gotten in with the routine work done in the time estimated. Folks are friendly and helpful including helping me figure out the coffee mschine!

Great Return Purchase Experience

Bought our fourth car in 20 years from Tansky, and a great experience as always. The car-buying process has changed quite a bit in 20 years, and they helped walk me through it with consistent communication. I'm sure in several years I'll be back to buy a fifth car!

Awesomeness!

I thought that my Corolla needed an oil change after 6 months of purchase, but I’ve been told that I would have to wait either; 12months, or 10k miles, however, they can perform tire rotation and multi check points, which they did within one hour. Omar was courteous and helpful!

Tecoma repair

Tansky Toyota did a great job repairing my almost new Tecoma that was damaged after I struck a deer. The body shop'sGary Ricard in particular was very professional in updating on both progress and unavoidable delays due to supply chain issues. It was a great experience.

Service after the sale

Bought a new Toyota Cross on March 8th. of this year. Sales staff was good and it went smooth. There was an issue setting up the settings, which was not resolved . Something about eating a few to set. Called in a few days for help to set it, but never got to talk to anyone. Got it done myself. No one called back to see if I was satisfied with SUV. Great by the way, but Iam wondering about service after the sale

Excellent Service

Warren was wonderful. He communicated with me every step of the way. It took 4 months, and I got exactly the car I wanted. He was honest, respectful, and helpful. Truly a partner in the purchase

Great dealership
