Great Cars, Helpful Staff

Nick was very helpful with finding a car that met my needs and in my price range. There was no pressure, so it was very comfortable to look the cars over and test drive them. The cars at Roush are inspected and in very good condition, so I didn't have to worry about checking every detail over myself. They arranged a car loan so I could drive away and it had very good interest rate and payment terms. This saved me the hassle of shopping around for rates and it turned out to be from my primary bank anyway.

Easy helpful and efficient

New Car

Came in and was introduced to Joe. He asked what I was interested in which was kind of easy since I was looking at the same model I already owned, He went over all of the features and highlighted what was different. There was no pressure to purchase which is what customers want. All employees that I came in contact with from the receptionist to walking out the door with a new car were pleasant and helpful.

Top notch sales experience buying our 2018 Pilot

Jan was courteous and friendly throughout the purchase and financing process. She helped us : 1) find the right vehicle to tow our new (small-ish) travel trailer; 2) put together a fair deal for the car and our CRV trade-in. 3) learn the features of the new vehicle; A No stress, no hassle experience. New car purchase

Very friendly and knowledgeable Employees. Bill explained all aspects of the HRV that we purchased. It took a while to do all the paperwork, but I guess it does everywhere. Clean showroom and service area. We will use their facility for our service needs.

Good Dealership

an educational and learning experience

I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Bill Seibert, in the purchase of my 2019 Honda Pilot. Bill was very patient in explaining the in's and out's of this vehicle. And, even more importantly, his knowledge of Honda product's is amazingly extensive. He was able to answer every question I put to him and, let me know that he would find an answer to any concern I might have, if he could not address it immediately. It is obvious that Bill is a professional and has put a great deal of time and effort into his craft. I basically knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. But, with Bill's help, I feel I ended up with a vehicle that is even better than I envisioned. Mike Dunlap handled the paperwork for us. Looks like he's done it a time or two. Mike led us smoothly thru our options and filling out the required forms. This made for a timely and stress free completion of our buying experience.
