STARTED OUT ON A NOT SO GOOD NOTE
started the leasing process w Brian. Things never went very good w him, appointments not kept, remarks about me being ill and i had to postpone an appt, and was told he was "counting on my unit to make his month and the month ended today" i shared my thoughts w him as i felt this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. i spoke w a sales manager and requested a new agent. i was introduced to Jan Wilkins and it was smooth sailing from then on. she was personable knowledgeable and most of all PROFESSIONAL. she explained all the bells and whistles on my vehicle and insisted that i call her with any questions or concerns. all ended well and i am a happy customer

Roush Honda - Trusted Dealership
Roush Honda is an employee-owned business but you feel like a family member from the moment you walk in the door. I used to purchase my Honda's through Immke dealerships but when they sold to Germain I had to find a new place. Roush is where I landed. Every time I go to purchase a new Honda I always look at the various dealers but keep coming back to Roush. I feel they are honest and many of their staff has been there for a long time. Lexy brought be into the the dealership and Spyros actually ended up selling me my newest Honda - the 2018 Odyssey Touring Elite. It was the end of the month and he flat out told me they'd love to get me into my van now because it would help their sales goals for the month. That said, he also went on to say that while he'd love to get me in a van before the end of the month it was completely okay if I wasn't ready before then. Can't tell you how many times he said you need to be happy and comfortable with your purchase. I truly appreciated that - I hate to feel pressured into something. You know we've all been there - you're in the dealership and everything's great but at some point the air changes (ususally when it comes time to speak with the finance manager) and you feel as if somone is trying to pull a fast one on you. At no time did I feel this type of pressure while purchasing my new van. I also want to mention I was given a fair price AND I absolutely love my van so far!! Thanks Spryos, Lexy and Steve for making this a pleasurable purchasing experience. Will recommend Roush to anyone interested in Honda vehicles.

2017 Honda Civic
I have been a long time customer at Roush Honda. So long, I can't remember how many cars I have leased. The staff, from sales,finance, maintenance and body shop departments have always been been easy and very helpful to work with.

Comfortable, Relaxed, and Stress free
I knew I would buy another Honda, and I was sure it would be another Accord, as I am a larger male. As I began looking, Greg offered to help answer any questions I had, but did not pressure. Once I found what I thought I wanted, Greg asked me a few questions, and asked if I had thought about the Civic. I have been in the Civic, and like them, but they had never been big enough for me to be comfortable. Greg reassured me that the new 2017 Civic was different, and to give it a try. After seeing the way the Civic has been redesigned, and how roomy it is, I was impressed. Greg then talked about how not only could he get me more bang for my buck, but it would save me money over the Accord. Greg wasn't just trying to sell cars and get commission, he was truly trying to help me make the best decision, by knowing all the options. He never made me feel pressured, or rushed. After the sale, Greg checked in to make sure everything was still good, offering help with any questions, and was willing to show and assist with making sure I understood all the options on the vehicle. I have told family, and friends about the great experience I had at Roush Honda, and would recommend asking for Greg Lamden to anyone that visits.

Great experience!
I was kind of in a crappy situation. I had totaled my car and didn't have many options lined up for a new car. Roush and Dave McCamon specifically helped me get a new car and went over each option for me. The treated me very well and I felt taken care of. I would recommend Roush to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!!!!

Very Impressed!
We had called several Honda Dealership since we do not live in the Columbus area, most dealerships would not deal with us over the phone. They just wanted us to come in to try to hard sell us. We talked with Greg Lamden on several occasions giving us quotes on different models. We honestly thought we were driving him crazy with all our questions. He was great! Well worth the hour drive to buy from Greg at Roush!!
