Write a reviewI don't recommend used cars from here.
I would stay clear of Buckeye Toyota. Selling used cars for top dollar but unwilling to perform critical maintenance. Why purchase a car and offer to perform the maintenance needed at your cost? Because they know it's needed? Newer car's engines will suffer severe damage when timing belts fail if not replaced according for manufacturer maintenance intervals. They should know this and perform all recommended maintenance, otherwise you might as well buy from a "buy here pay here". :(

I have waited over a month to write this review of
I have waited over a month to write this review of Buckeye Toyota in Lancaster, Ohio because I love their service department having my Tacoma serviced there and everyone is so nice and accommodating. But this review is regard to the price they ask for their vehicles against the price of other Toyota Dealerships. The difference is so great that it warrants this review. I will just stick to the major facts to keep this short but I will enclose my email address in case you have any questions. On my last service appointment, I talked to a salesperson about trading my car because the lease was almost up. I got a price from him of $440.00 a month for a 42 month lease on a 2022 Tacoma Sport. I let him know I wanted a day to think about it. The very next day I went back to Buckeye Toyota and asked the sales manager to talk to my salesman to see if there could be any movement on the price and his exact words were..."we don't do that here". Meaning the price I was quoted was a 'take it or leave it' price. OK, I don't have a problem there, I just left and headed up North to Toyota Direct on Morse Rd. in Columbus. I talked to Cindy Strawn at Toyota Direct and settled on a Tacoma Sport that was coming in a few days and was within a couple hundred dollars of the Sport that Buckeye Toyota also had coming in, neither truck was in stock yet. Cindy and I settled on a price of $375 a month on the same 42 month lease. Now I don't know about you folks but that is a $65. a month difference and a total of almost $3,000. To me that is ridiculous price difference and to you folks that may consider buying a vehicle from Buckeye Toyota, do some shopping before you sign on the dotted line. My wife and I have lived in the Lancaster area for 45 years and two previous times that I have shopped for a Toyota, I went to Buckeye first and always ended up buying the vehicle from Toyota Direct. Do yourself a favor and save some money and shop other Toyota dealerships. If you do buy elsewhere, don't hesitate to use the service department at Buckeye because those folks are great.

The dealership is very much out of the way for me, but...
The dealership is very much out of the way for me, but the customer service is better, more organized, better communication, better reliability, the car selection is bigger, all in all, more professional than Tansky or Germain the two I usually frequent. Things went smooth and as expected, no complaints other than that they did not sanitize the car before giving it to me, there were still gummy bears and plastic straw under the driver seat.

Bought 54k tundra, I can’t get the spare key
Ive been trying to get ahold of my salesman andy armbruster since I bought the tundra on Friday May 29th. He told me the spare key was in the service department and he couldnt sort through the keys in a timely manner so he would send it to me. A week later i was in the area so I stopped by. He told me he checked and the spare wasn’t there so it would have to be made. He told me the key guy would be there in a couple weeks. He sent me an email a week later informing me that if I had any questions about my new tundra to contact him. I responded to that email asking for the spare fob again. No response. a week later ive texted him And three days later, still no response. It’s nice to know that Buckeye Toyota has no loyalty to their customers and will out right lie and not respond to customers that have tried contacting them for weeks. Once they have your money, they do not care about you. Ill update this review when/if they contact me, as asking nicely is simply not effective. I shouldn’t have to beg for a response to a spare fob that should have been given to me after spending 54k at your dealership. Maybe spreading the word around will get someone to move on this key fob for me.

Made what could have been stressful easy
Wonderful experience buying a used car from them. What could have been stressful (after an unexpectedly totaled vehicle), was made enjoyable. Should out to Dustin Doughty and Kent DeLong in sales for helping me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget. Shout out to Amy Moser in service for continually updating me on the status of my eventually totaled vehicle. Excellent experience all around.

Stand behind the cars you sell!!
Bought a 2015 gmc acadia. Was told that there was a lifetime powertrain warranty but no buboer to bumper warranty. I was told though that if there were any issues immediatly after sale the would be taken care of. 3 weeks after purchase a trim strip came off the roof of the car. I called the dealership, and was told to bring it in. Upon arrival the used car manager informed me they couldnt get gm parts. After I expressed my displeasure he then says well maybe I can order it at a lower cost from a local dealer. When he returned he said it was more expensive than the price I was quoted from my dealership. I left the dealership in disgust knowing I was gonna have to come out of pocket for repairs for a car I had just purchased!! If they can?t get gm parts hiw are they going to stand by a lifetime powertrain warranty? I would not recomend a dealership that wont stand behind their word!!
