Used car salesguys are cutthroat. Went in on a Wednesday and we tried to make a deal happen but we couldn't agree on a price. Received a call from... a different used car sales guy the next day saying he could steal the sale and "make some magic happen" and would get back to us. The same (second) sales guy called back on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM saying we had 30 minutes to return to the dealership to buy the car we previously couldn't agree on the price because 5 people were lined up to buy it. THEN SELL IT! Don't buy from here. Don't waste your time.
We drove 3 hours to check out a vehicle. There was no mention in the listing of any type of damage to the vehicle. We got there and when we opened the... hood to look st the car, the cover on the engine was all chewed up by some animal. There were little pieces of nuts everywhere in the engine compartment. The insulation on the bottom of the hood was chewed completely bare. There were claw marks and fur all over the seats. The car was in horrible condition. It had been on the lot for 6 months and the salesman said he didn’t think anyone had ever opened the hood to check It out since it got there 6 months ago! I wouldn’t waste my time at this dealership. Very shady people! My rating would be a -0 if they had that available!
Abdul Mohamed treated us with outstanding client service and helped us purchase a new car very friendly and helpful and we purchased a new 2017 Toyota... Highlander
I’ve been a repeat customer over the years but recently I have seen a decline in customer loyalty. I went to purchase my third car from this dealership... in about 6 years. I was shocked to see how they treated loyal customers. I was trying to trade in one of the vehicles I purchased from them and was offered an extremely low price. They did move it up significantly after my reaction but I still believe any dealership that cares about customer loyalty would not play these games with repeat customer. Nothing like someone trying to take advantage of you after years of repeat business. I even wrote an email to the Manager and cc’d one of their leadership points of contact and never recieved back an apology. Unbelievable to me.
The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure... I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
I bought a used car from this dealer. They have a nice selection most of the time. Finding a certified pre-owned car is sometimes hard because there are... not many of them. Overall, Toyota Direct was a good place to purchase my car.
Awesome dealership Clean Soo friendly could not ask for more
"Buyer Beware" Chad Higgins sold me a 4Runner with bad plugs a bad coil pack the running lights and gas cap where also bad and I didn't catch it.So Andrew... Baker told me to bring it down they will take care of me and I assumed they were going to fix it and make it right we'll they only offered to pay half and it was like pulling teeth to get to that point also I'm about and hour away so this really makes things tough. So I thought I limped outta there with a small victory but within a week my vehicle started doing the same damn thing and now I don't know what to do.They prey on hardworking people and try to sell you on the thorough dealer inspections they do but that's all B.S! Stay away I can't tell you how much stress and anxiety this has caused me.
Salesman named Ken lied to me just to get me to their store. A 4 hr drive for nothing.
Mark West the sales representative did a good job staying on top of the buying process
