Car purchase

Met With Brian Ensminger concerning a used vehicle advertised on the Dennis web site. He gave me information on the vehicle and its history and then we went to the vehicle and looked it over and I took it for a test drive. The process was very professional. After deciding the vehicle was exactly what the web site stated we completed the transaction. I only met with two people so it is hard to judge the whole organization, but the two I dealt with were professional and I would highly recommend Brian and Dennis Automotive.


My Senada was not acting right

One thing was beautiful everyone was helpful everyone had a beautiful smile everyone was happy about working there at dennis hyundai, he knew what I needed I left there knowing what was done I’m very happy I can go to hyundai and feel like I will be told the truth


Oil change.

Everyone is always very courteous. My service is always done in a timely fashion. The waiting room is comfortable and accommodating. Thank you very much.


Recall fix - ABS

Have been very happy with this dealership (sales and service) since 2012. My recent appt for an ABS recall fix was no exception. The service staff was very friendly and kept in touch regarding my repair status. Their waiting area is nice (and appropriately altered during COVID). 5 Stars...exceptional service!


Very Bad Communication(sold truck right on me)

I cant find any good trucks here in Michigan.Everytime I find one it gone by the time I get to it.I found a nice truck from these guys.Now im not a person with money .I have been disabled most of my life,Anyway was talking with Nathan and telling him it has to go in someone elses name and if they could sign papers at home like everyone is doing now ,Because of Covid.He said He would run it by his boss.Ran the credit was approved ,But He didnt tell me before that the person had to come in.They couldnt because they are on oxygen and cant make an 8 hr trip.Ok so he runs my credit I did get a email from them saying I was approved,But I could not get Nathan to answer my texts.Over to the next day called and Nathan wasnt in His day off,So I was put in touch with Brent,I was already approved and He wanted to use someone else as cosigner Sent in another credit application and then Mysteriously Nathan called me,Said I was approved just needed bank statements sent to His boss Doug Williams.Nathan texts me back and said they needed to be pdf's.I sent in the pdf's and He said He would get back to me when everything was good.Keep in mind He's doing all this from his phone ,Because He's off work today.I called after a few hours and asked for Nathan Hes not working today.Called His boss That was supposed to send my bank statements to the bank to get approved for loan and by the way it was gonna be like a $4,000 loan was paying cash for the rest.Asked for Doug Williams and said who I was and He told the Girl on the phone that the truck was just sold. So here Iam had my hopes up that I was gonna finally get a good truck that I wanted and could now afford to get it ripped away from me.I done everything that was asked of me and for nothing and they ran 4 credit reports. I have everything to back up this story so lets see what they say probably a bunch of lies............


Quality and Timely Service

This place was great. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change about an hour before my scheduled appointment and it was ready to be picked by the time I was supposed to drop it off. The last Hyundai dealership that changed the oil did not replace the crush washer that goes on the bolt in the oil pan. This was installed with this oil change as it should be. My representative (Nate, I think) was respectful and courteous. Dennis Hyundai East has earned a new customer that will be returning for future service needs.


New engine Dante fe

New engine in less than a week and great service to boot. Offered everything we needed to address the issue and had us back on the road in no time


Always something

Quoted wrong price for repairs and oil change. Over 100.00 more. I was given a free oil change. But still out of the my money. Manager was very nice. Seems like I always have an issue here. SMH

Best Service Shop in Central Ohio

Dennis Service on Morris Road is by far the best service shop we’ve ever used. While we aren’t required to use their services and their are other shops closer to us the excellent care/service we receive is worth the drive. Todd Kistler and his crew are trustworthy and provide timely communication regarding your cars needs. No matter the make of car we drive we prefer this service shop!
