BUYER BEWARE! The service department is full of unqualified and unprofessional individuals. I took my vehicle in for a fix and after spending $500 my car... was given a clean bill of health. Two days later, the same issue rises. This time, they say that the fix is $4,000. To add to it, other unrelated issues started popping up and they tried telling me that they are all linked to the initial issue. I firmly believe that because they didn't know what they were doing they messed up other things causing the additional issues. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. The personal who assisted me at the service center was Robert(Bob).
These guys are pushy. They do not want to work the numbers to make a sale on their marked up vehicles. So the price on the windshield is the price you... pay. Hey, if they don't want to work with me, I can't work with them, straight up. They tried to talk me into 42k on a 2018 sport 2.0t accord which was stickered at 31.2k. I was born at night but not last night.
The staff was milled around the front area upon us walking in. You would expect some smiles and hellos. We got was no response. Maybe the staff didn't... like our salesperson who stalked us? I felt no warmth. A real turn off for me. I want to like the dealer I choose. After talking with the sales person I felt no connection and turned around leaving.
in 2016 I purchased a 2014 Accord sport. Since I hadn’t driven a manual transmission in a while I told them that I would like the warranty in case... the transmission or clutch went out. They told me that the warranty would not cover wearable parts like tires and brakes. A month ago I had an issue and had the car inspected at the dealership. The dealership said they couldn’t duplicate the issue but it could be the clutch and gave me an estimate to replace it. I asked about the warranty and was informed that the clutch is considered a wearable part and wouldn’t be covered. I asked the person that handles complaints, Danielle, and she said they would apply the price of the warranty to another vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I picked out a vehicle and the sales Manager called me regarding the discount due to the warranty issue and offered me $700 towards another vehicle. I told them this wasn’t acceptable due to me paying over $2600 for the warranty plus the tax and financing. Bought four vehicles from this dealership over the last 6 years.
I went in for a simple oil change and got my car back with the gentleman telling me that I need to replace my brake caliber fluid because there is a leak.... My first impression is a little shocked because my brakes felt fine this whole time I’ve been driving. I get inside my car and push on the brake pedal to leave and I have to literally push all the way down on the brake pedal for it to go and stop and it takes a good 5 seconds after that to come to a complete stop!! Don’t they check this stuff before they give the car back to make sure the car rides good. I guess not because they knew they messed up and didn’t want to risk crashing my car into something or someone because I barely had any brake fluid!!! I made it about 5 feet from the building and turned back around and pulled into the garage and met a new guy and I explained to him what happened and how I can’t drive my car home, it’s not safe!!! I look at the spot where my car was parked before I pulled off and seen a very big puddle of dark fluid on the floor that happens to be my “brake fluid leak”. It’s just very funny that I didn’t have a huge puddle of brake fluid when I pulled in or all over my tires. The puddle was right there on the floor. Somebody nicked my brake line or did something to it and then tried to cover it up. Are there any honest people left in this world??? Honda could have seriously caused a major accident for me and then what!! So Honda tried to tell me that I brought my car into them like that (which was a lie) and that the repairs would cost $750!! Then they changed it to $350!!! I knew I was being taken advantage of and had to call my mother for back up. Let’s just say when she got finished with them I still had to pay something (of course) but not as much as those other prices. Very disappointed and upset and hurt with the service here and I will not be coming back. I recommend you find another place to service your car and I won’t be buying anymore used cars from them either.
A few days ago i had a bad experience at Lindsay. However after speaking Kevon Shannon he was able to make the bad experience a very good one. I now have... my 2018 CR-V EX-L. Thanks to Jaime and loads of "thank yous" to Kevin.
I have had my vehicle serviced at Lindsay for many years and was in the market for something new. There were bumps along the way as I was not in the... best position to buy but the team treated my with respect and got me into something that met my needs. Kevin Shannon went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the car I wanted at the payment I needed. Can't say enough about the fact that he went above and beyond. Kevin you are gem. Keep doing what you are doing... it makes a difference! Jason Youngblood came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Jason! I appreciate you very much. Chaz in the service department saved me when I was stranded in the middle of the road with a car that wouldn't start. Thank you Chaz! You are a real gentleman.
Just bought a used Honda CRV from Lindsay few days ago. It's my second time to give them a good review. Last time was in two years ago when I bought... a used 2014 Honda Civic. 1. The salesman：Thierno Dia is professional, patient, and his attitude won't make you feel he is pushing you to buy the car. Even though the whole store is very busy, he showed us the cars patiently. It's the second time I bought the car from him, I recommend this salesman! 2. The car: Very good quality with reasonable price. I trust Lindsay Honda, because the car I bought from them two years ago is still very good! 3. The Finance manager: Marc Hilton. Professional and very nice! Overall I give Lindsay company 5 stars!
