    This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I wasn't sure what I was getting into. I talked to Matt Campell and he alleviated most of my fears. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory and goes beyond regular service to assure his customers they are getting what they are paying for. Unlike most salesmen, he listens to what his customers want. When I am in the market for a new vehicle again, I will definitely look for Matt Campbell at Ed Schmidt's GMC dealership.

    I contacted Kevin a couple of days ago to work out a deal with him. I let him know I was in sales also so I was looking for a great deal. He made sure I was satisfied! I asked for him to send pictures and he was on it. So this morning I told him I will be on the way there. I couldn't make it until close to closing time but they were ready and prepared! A 30 minute process made my 3 1/2 hour drive worthwhile. Thank you Kevin for your awesome service!!

    Update: After reading my review below, the dealership contacted me and reimbursed me for the entire expense. While I am still upset about the poor work, I would now recommend the dealership because they stood behind their work and reimbursed me for the expense. I purchased a used Chevrolet in December 2016. Within 300 miles and 1 week, the front tire falls off! Upon having it towed to a service facility near where it broke, I find out that the front bearing was so worn that it wore through the hub assembly! When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed that a brake job had just been done by Schmidt on all 4 tires and the vehicle had been thoroughly checked. They even told me that they warrant the vehicle for 50% of the repair costs during the first 2 months. While having the vehicle repaired, I was told that the brake job was done improperly and the front brake caliper would not release. After paying for a tow, brake caliper rebuild and new hub assembly, Schmidt sent me a check for less than 1/3 the cost of the repair. As a formerly certified ASE repair professional, I can tell you that no dealership should be performing brake jobs without a complete check and/or rebuild of the brake calipers as well as checking the wheel bearings. Bearings do not fail that quickly that it would have caused such a catastrophic problem within 300 miles of the brake job. Buyer beware, their service department is cutting corners and they don't stand behind their work!

    I just purchased a new car from this dealership and worked with Todd. We drove 3 hours to purchase our car from him and will continue to purchase all of our future cars from him due to his phenomenal service. He gave us a hassle free experience and a great deal. He listened to us and helped us with our purchase. We had a small issue with what we saw online and what the vehicle actually had and he resolved it even better than our expectations. Todd we thank you for your help and restoring my perception of the car buying experience. Other car sales men/women should truly take note from how you interact with your customers and the no haggle type approach.

From the moment we called him on the phone to tell him which SUV we were interested in, he had it ready for us to look at when we came in.
