Overall selling a 2013 Toyota Matrix as a two owner vehicle is far from being honest! The truth is this was a commercial use vehicle. It had likely many... drivers and clearly evident infrequent service. There is simply no ethics behind this dealer and a commercial use vehicle has far less value! Buyer beware!

I do not like how you have to make an appointment now. It was much more convenient to be able to bring in the car in when I wanted. I could bring my car... in early on a Saturday morning and have the maintainance completed. Now I have to call in, way in advance, to get an appointment on a Saturday morning.
I had my oil changed in my car. That I have done every 5,000 miles .
What a great team. Called to get an appointment for an oil change that afternoon or next morning and they got me in that afternoon. When I got there turned... in my keys and seam like no time I was on my way home. Team has always taken good care of me. Always friendly and what a great staff.
Great service, fast and they went through the car and checked everything on the works package. They also replaced my wipers at no charge. I guess they... were still under warranty. They also took care of a recall that I wasn't aware of. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!!
