Scheduled a service appointment and dropped off my truck. I was offered and accepted a complimentary ride to my office by the dealership. Arrived at my office on-time. Driver was very nice and enjoyed good conversation. Received a call that afternoon with the diagnosis and estimate. I accepted and approved the work to be completed. One of the two items was fixed. The second item required a part that is not readily available. I was told it was due to the strike. I will bring the truck back in later for that repair. It's not critical. I picked up my vehicle that evening, paid a very fair and reasonable price, and drove home. My truck is running much better than I expected. The primary issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do the work work, and at a reasonable price. I will always take my truck "back home" to the dealership for service, even out of warranty.

Best Customer Service EVER!
I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Thank you Nick Abraham Ford….Thank you Nick!!

Needed A/c fixed and routine maintenance done. All service completed well ahead of promised date. Car running in tip top shape. Not bad for a 16 yr old car!!
