    I was hesitant at first since I've only purchased used cars from private owners prior to this vehicle. I decided to stop by Mike Bass Ford and see what my options were for leasing an F-150. All it took was one test drive and I was sold. The customer service was outstanding. The salesman, Ben Pelfrey, was very professional and accommodated each of my needs. I told him each of my needs and he worked to get me exactly that. The management was also very courteous and welcoming. Damien made me feel at home the second I walked in the door. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at Mike Bass Ford. I will certainly be recommending family and friends to this dealership.

    Mike Bass is the best of the regional Ford dealers, in my humble opinion. Their service department doesn't pull punches. They don't push product but do make recommendations. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach to maintenance and straight forward talk regarding options and upcoming maintenance. Service waiting room was full of men but soaps were on television. Ugh.

    My car was completed in a timely manner - The only thing I have a complaint about was the Ford Tuarus I was given- The Vechicle was very dirty with stains all over the seats - I had to have the vehicle for 2 days and I did not want to have my family in the car. I recommend cleaning the vehicles before loaning them out to your loyal Ford customers. Other than that my service was great.

    The service desk manager that wrote up my order was kind enough to spend extra time trying to get my phone reinstalled with the car. He went so far as to even install and then erase his own phone. He suggested to me that is was to phone's fault. I went to Verizon within 10 minutes my car and phone agreed again!
