I was contacted by someone in the collision repair department and given an estimate and time frame. The estimate was $1700. The time frame was 1 week.... It was only 638.00 and it took 2 1/2 weeks. As I was getting in my car all of the old parts were laying on my front seat. I would not have turned it in to my insurance for the cost of 638.00 seeing as my deductible is 500.00.

I went in not sure if I would be getting a car that day but I worked with Dan Ortiz and he worked with the finance team to get me where I needed to be... for a monthly payment. I needed an economical car quickly. Bob Ortiz, our salesman who we had a great experience with in Leasing our Lincoln MKC, fixed us up within about an... hour of our arrival at Liberty Ford of Vermilion. Bob is a great representative of the dealership, did a great job matching our needs to a vehicle in their inventory, and had it delivered to their store, ready to go as promised the next day. He's done a great job for us twice and I am really happy with the Focus. Great gas mileage and very comfortable and responsive. Thanks Bob!
I drove two hours to see a 2017 Expedition that was trashed. The salesman never told me about the dents and scratches. Some of the interior pieces were... missing. What a shame that a one year old vehicle was in such bad shape. Management should have never let that vehicle been seen in that shape.
