Just wanted to give a 5 star, two thumbs up review for Liberty Ford and our salesman Bob. Actually, the entire team was fabulous. I absolutely hate dealing... with car dealerships and dealers, and was pretty nervous/skeptical walking in after a 1.5 hour drive with our two very young kids. I’ve done this before elsewhere and it was a TOTAL waste of time. Not today. Absolutely no sales pressure, Bob was very, very courteous, patient, helpful and really a pleasure to work with. Alex, the finance specialist was also AWESOME. They gave our kids some CarFax plush dolls to take home, allowed them to walk around her office, and just had a VERY patient demeanor. Liberty worked with us to get our payment where it needed to be, and we drove home with an AWESOME vehicle. I really couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience, and the next time we need a car, we will be happy to go through Liberty! Thank you for a great, painless experience. I went in not sure if I would be getting a car that day but I worked with Dan Ortiz and he worked with the finance team to get me where I needed to be... for a monthly payment. Delivery was fast even though it was after they closed. And of course they got it all right and correct. Great job everyone.

Had my E250 Van in for needed service. Customer service was excellent, work got done earlier than expected. This is the only place I go to for service.... Thanks Liberty Ford
I was contacted by someone in the collision repair department and given an estimate and time frame. The estimate was $1700. The time frame was 1 week.... It was only 638.00 and it took 2 1/2 weeks. As I was getting in my car all of the old parts were laying on my front seat. I would not have turned it in to my insurance for the cost of 638.00 seeing as my deductible is 500.00.
