I have been going to this dealership since 2010.

I have been going to this dealership since 2010. They are always professional thorough and accommodating. I have bought four cars from them over the years and the new car service is wonderful as well. They service all my cars and have since they were brand new Jason has been my contact for the last eight years and he is an excellent service manager again thorough professional, and honest, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone .

The salesman (Logan) was a straight shooter.

The salesman (Logan) was a straight shooter. I don't mean to be a cynic, but there aren't many out there like that, especially post COVID times. When I needed his help or attention to help close the deal, his focus was on me and me alone, while still being attentive and responsive to his boss. I can think of no better characteristic to value as an employer working with a salesman, nor as a customer working with a salesman. I would be happy to deal with him again, should the opportunity arise. It is unfortunate that his icon is not present on the following page to rate with 1 to 5 stars, were it to be, I would rate him with 5 stars.

Giovanni was very friendly and courteous.

Giovanni was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything to me and arranged for a ride home. The whole process was as smooth as could be. My only complaint is that it was not under warranty even though I only have 31k miles. It was over 2 years but I thought it was whatever came second not whatever came first. I was not happy to have to pay $230 to have a fuse changed. That was so unfair and not at all appreciated
