Just drove into service area, gave service advisor my

Just drove into service area, gave service advisor my information, and he led me to the waiting room. Showed me where the bottle water was and coffee machine. Waiting time to have vehicle service was not long. I would definitely recommend my friends to dealer.

While I brought my '18 Traverse in for a simple

While I brought my '18 Traverse in for a simple inspection and oil change, it seemed to take forever to get it done. Even though I was a waiting customer. When I enquired as to how much longer, I was told it was ready. At this point I had been waiting almost 2 hours. It had been done for almost an hour apparently. I get that they were busy but no one said a word that it was finished.

Sales rep.

Sales rep. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful during a stressful time. My vehicle was in a accident and totalled. I was in a rush to get a new vehicle. Sales rep., Bill finished the sale because it was Justin's day off. The finance gentlemen was gracious, and Steve, was awesome when teaching me about my new vehicle. At no time was I pressured, the facility was clean and comfortable. Everyone that walked into the showroom was met quickly, and treated with kindness and respect.

I found the Car I wanted online- I was looking for a

I found the Car I wanted online- I was looking for a specific Make Model Trim Features and color. Found it at Ganley. Salesman Mike was helpful and knowledgeable. Finance was alone but a beast with closings having multiple customers at once. Closed 3 Loans that evening. I work at a car lot and understand the process well. They did a terrific job with me who is very picky and knows what customer service is. Outstanding!!!
