Great Support during a very difficult repair
The service staff was very sensitive to my situation and my needs. Everyone was courteous and a loaner was provided for me at no charge.

Great service and facilities.
Vehicle was taken in at scheduled time. Service was completed in just over 1 hour. Service pro came in to waiting room and provided me with an explanation of what was found and fixed. Was very cordial and professional.

Knowledgeable management and kind staff
I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer. Service was excellent and staff was nice and knowledgeable. Finance department was efficient and got me through the process quickly. Management was able to answer any questions and listened to any concerns I had. I would highly recommend nick Meyer ford.

My service provider was Lee Drake and he was absolutely excellent. This is my first Ford purchase and I was a little nervous about a new service department relationship but Lee was exceptional and alleviated any concern I may have had - I am so pleased.

Very comfortable buying process
My purchase of a Ford Explorer at Nick Mayer Ford was smoother than I could have ever imagined. I visited the dealership to check out the Explorer for the first time vs. competitive products, with the intention of doing comparative price shopping at multiple Ford Dealerships. I was so pleased with the salesman's maturity level and knowledge that after a test drive, I made the actual purchase on that very first trip to the dealership. I have been extremely pleased with post-sale service, as well.

Great Experiencing Leasing
My experience at Nick Mayer Ford was great! I have been leasing cars from Marshall Ford, now Nick Mayer Ford since 1984 and I have always been satisfied. My salesperson was top-notch and everyone treated me with care, kindness and professional. I have a 2017 Ford Edge which is the same model that I leased in 2014. I do notice that the car seems to be "cheaper" in feel and look. It does not have the same feel as my previous Edge. I believe that Ford probably has cheapened its product to become more efficient. That is unfortunate because it is a great car. It just does feel as substantial as my 2014 Edge although it is the exact same model.
